   I’ll preface this by saying that this will be a longer review. While I’m unsure if the pay guarantee will ever come into play, the fact that an app like this exists is so huge. Pay by time recently came into my area but there’s one thing it does not include: time spent driving waiting for orders while you’re away from your starting location. I’ve been a dasher off and on since September 2020 and the one thing I’ve always complained about this app directly addresses. People that do this more than just occasionally often have to pick the orders they take because a lot of them just aren’t worth the gas let alone the time. I’m glad I don’t have to do that anymore. It’s huge for my motivation and mental health doing this job not having to decline well over half of orders and/or worrying about making enough to justify. I hope to find a traditional job that treats me well, but this will help me a ton until that happens. As someone with a degree in chemistry, I like data driven projects. I’m glad I gave this a try when I saw it.

2. 1/5A complete SCAM for delivery food drivers

   If you are considering using this app for food delivery work, don’t bother. It promises a “guaranteed rate” if you don’t meet a certain pay per hour, but in reality, that is just a misleading gimmick to get you on the platform, and you will have to not only pay to use the app, but pay to schedule the “guaranteed rate”. The apps tracking system is completely unreliable, often failing to log work time and pay completely. When you inevitably do not hit the guaranteed earnings (in the unlikely event that they “tracked your time and pay correctly”), support will conveniently have no record of your missing pay or claim you did not qualify due to technicalities they never disclosed upfront. They will say they will escalate the problem to their “engineers” and then give you free credits to just use to schedule more “guarantees” that you’ll never get. They owe me at least $40 at this point and I’ve seen $2. It’s a total joke. Beyond the false promises, the app itself is glitchy, inaccurate, and frustrating to use. You will waste more time fighting for the pay you were promised than actually earning. Bottom line: This app is a scam. It preys on gig workers by advertising security that does not exist. Stick to more reputable platforms. This one is NOT worth the headache.

   Apple billing scared me. I’m going to try this. I’ll adjust my review in a week. I already don’t like that it looks like I’ll need to logout of every app and log back in after connecting this app. I’m pretty sure TOS says I can’t do this. Edit: it’s not been a week, it’s been like 15 minutes. Apparently I use an authenticator and Apple pass key to login to uber. I can’t connect my uber account. I actually use all my other apps to make money. I’m not willing to risk giving out my credentials to any other app. If you use Apple pass key you can’t connect the app so solo is useless. I’m going with 4 stars because I can’t say it’s not a good app since I’m excluded from using it. You lose a star right off because I can’t use it. I’ll concede that this is a restriction I’ve placed on myself. However, if being secure excludes me from using this app then the app is not safe and not worth it. Maybe if it was all free but paying to lose my security seems dumb.

4. 5/5Driving in Saint Louis, Misery! 😭

   I’m not sure exactly how your app works but I’m giving it a shot! I had a terrible day here in downtown Missouri! There’s a bunch of potholes speed bumps, one-way streets businesses that take forever because they’re understaffed and a lot of wa times as well. The tips vary and when it rains it pours! With bad luck… I’m hoping if I understand correctly that if I purchase credits from your app that you’ll guarantee me a certain amount that you suggest that I should have made? If I’m understanding correctly? Then the date you have it will automatically post to my account? Is this something that sounds too good to be true??? I’m going to try it out and see how it goes because I have waisted a lot of gas and time with Door Dash and I have yet to find anything else… I’m going to also try Uber Eats but having issues finding app because it keeps taking me to the u Uber Driver not the food delivery service one…

5. 5/5This is a must have companion to the gigs

   Solo is fantastic. What’s more, it’s 11 pm on a Friday night and I had an issue with my screen settings on my iPhone, and these guys were emailing back and forth with me to get it resolved. Additionally, I had taken some time away from driving and when I returned recently I sent a message asking if I could have the trial period again to get me started. They didn’t miss a beat; allowed me the trial period again and also gave me credits so that I could experience the scheduling side as well. Absolutely top notch customer service and ownership of this. I am really beyond satisfied with how they treated me. It’s difficult to find great service these days, these guys go above and beyond. They’re actually your partner on the road because the response is golden if you ever need anything. Shaili and Keith, you guys are truly first class and I wish you nothing but complete success with the app.

   There's an issue with the UI currently where it does not fit the phone screen correctly. Can't check miles logged Edit: fixed Edit 2: if the app could show a total of personal miles that would be great. With the current version you either have to request support to retrieve it, or manually add it all up.

   I downloaded this app on my phone and try to set it up but it would not allow me to set up an account it's straight garbage don't bother with this app it's trash. as a matter of fact I'm not even sure if it's an app it would never run I could never get it to open you can't even sign in and put a code a verification code in without losing the screen and having to start over just total garbage
