But since I updated it when I hit the app it kicks my out of the whole app with a black screen and how having to use the website which is very inconvenient bc I’m not good with remembering my password and having to login everytime I get a message so please fix the glitch",

"body": "I have to uninstall this app at least twice a week because it buffers and will not send the messages and also my husband was transferred to another facility I had to create another account O was able to transfer the money but noe of the photos were transferred even though its the same inmate with the same company guess thats a way to spend more money to resend the same photos",

"body": "The developers have gone out of their way to disable voice to text as well as copy and paste functionality in sending messages. Messages have to be typed out manually. It’s better to use this service on a regular computer where you can modify JavaScript settings in your browser and remove their weird restrictions",
