   This app is hands down the absolute best app to use as far as having a loved one that is incarcerated. I’ve wrote so many letters to my significant other but using this app gives you so many different choices to choose from! You can create a cute post card, type a letter, send pictures and other things. My favorite part is, he gets the mail in a day or less!! He don’t have to wait over a week to get a letter in the mail. So I 100% recommend TextBehind if you have a love one that’s away!!

2. 5/5The BEST service at a fair price!

   I absolutely love this app, it is by far the easiest, most affordable and most simple platform & is a million times less complicated than all the others! The customer support is top notch , they help people s& inmates that are struggling financially which is great because most of these platforms Take and charge far more then should be allowed & it’s awful. The cards we have to choose from are thoughtful , playful, sweet & loving & it’s just so simple to send a few pics and a quick note or a 10 page letter , I’m grateful for this platform & service , especially when sometimes 7 days go by without hearing from my loved one , this makes me feel closer & more connected to my inmate & not like I’m being taken advantage of & almost robbed for a 30 minute video visits like they do , I love text behind! Thank you for being good people & for helping so many of us through this all ready really difficult time , I appreciate all you :)

3. 5/5Wonderful App / Amazing Customer Service

   This app and the people working for them are wonderful! So easy, reliable, headache-free & doesn’t cost much to send letters, cards and pics to your loved ones on the “inside.” It’s really nice to have something hassle & drama free - especially when trying your navigate the Dept. of Corrections and all the other apps/websites needed just for communications alone. Anyone who’s had a loved one locked up (or themselves were) knows how stressful it can be (not to mention expensive) just to receive phone calls, send messages, mail, letters, documents, etc. to an inmate. I’m always grateful when I use an app or service that is straightforward & reliable! These folks do just that and they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to the staff at TextBehind! You guys/gals are truly amazing!

   I recently started using the TextBehind app to communicate with my loved one who is incarcerated, and I have been extremely impressed with the experience. The app is user-friendly and offers a wide range of options for sending messages and staying in touch. I have found the customer service to be exceptional as well - it is easy to get ahold of someone and the responses are incredibly fast. Overall, I highly recommend the TextBehind app for anyone looking for a reliable and convenient way to stay connected with their incarcerated loved ones. It has made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

   The customer service is very helpful, the app works great, I have always lost track of time when it came to writing letters, the hassle the time the paper the stamps the envelope making a trip to the post office just always seemed to get away from me... I’ll do it tomorrow or later and the guilt just piles up and your loved one feels abandoned and forgotten... now with TextBehind, when you think of them , or see something that you want them to see or share your day or your smile with them , it is as quick as a simple text and a snap of your picture for them . Upload it and text out a quick note to let them know they are on your mind. And it takes less then 5 minutes, and it means the world to them that they aren’t forgotten and lost, that now they are part of our everyday lives and sharing photos and long voice to text letters about how much you love them and miss them or what your dreamscapes look like with them sharing it with you ... thank you TextBehind for including our loved ones into our lives, together with us once again!!
