1. 4/5Some issues and suggestions.

   Hi I like this app because it’s changing people’s lives, monetarily and it’s bringing people together. When was the last time I chatted with a person that wants to talk. This is a movement and I see it as a positive exchange. So thank you! However, I can think of a few things that may make it better. 1. Better directions; example I can’t figure out how to add numbers and names to the app and I can’t find any instructions. 2. A way to turn it on to accept Money Talks and turn off if you cannot accept; example I might be at a doctor appointment. 3. So definitely more FAQs but also information on errors and how to fix; example my friend I’m trying to sign up is getting the error that his carrier or region is not supported. He’s not on a VPN or so he says. So I did write support and have not heard anything back. So if we’re given that information I could navigate the fix myself. 4. More directions on things not to do. I spent 40 minutes with someone whose kids were screaming in the background so I missed out on the $. I’m trying on my end now to notify someone if I think there’s too much noise that it could void us getting compensated. 5. More directions on how to be successful and receive more Money Talks. I hope you read reviews and I’m sure once some bugs get worked out the app will work better. Thank you!

2. 1/5Scam Not Paying Stealing your Voice Recordings

   So Neon stated the when it relaunched everything would still remain in your account. Lies. Although I screenshot Everything and the payment amounts I was owed. Haven’t received anything yet. It relaunched on February 9th 2026. As of Now I am owed for 7 unpaid calls. They keep pausing and not paying changing the fine print and evading making payment. Sent an Email Stating the calls have been marked wrongfully and it was a glitch saying once the glitch is resolved they would pay for the calls. Yet Customer Support attempted to say the calls wasn’t in a call window. Yet they were. Also they stop 🛑 sending payment calls which the app stated you can make up to $100 a day. Then they rewrite it and say you make the most by referrals. This is Total Fraud. They are stealing your recorded calls and Not Paying Now. When the app first launched it showed you each payment amount after each call immediately. Now they are just marking calls as a prize entry. Total Scam. Now they pause the app again to avoid paying. Saying is now ready for Video calls and you can make more money. Don’t Believe them they are Not a Trusted Company Site. I’ve been going back and forth for Days now Requesting My Payments. So they are recording selling the recorded calls and not paying. Neon I want my payment for all The Recorded calls you have Stolen and Not Payed For. And Try and Erase My Call Log Again as To I have them saved . Scammers to the fullest.

   I know times are hard right now but seriously, how gullible can you be..?? You know what you just did??? EVERYONE that has used this app? You agreed to the terms now you have money sitting there you can’t use and allll because they played you for a fool! Now, ALLLL your conversations will be recorded and who’s know if they will continue if you decide to delete the app. Hey I’m sure didn’t read the TOA, ofc not they know you won’t. If you are the type to read it then you wouldn’t be looking at this type of app. They just paid you a few measly bucks to invade your privacy and you happily and willingly gave it to them. I only downloaded this app just so I can leave this review not to use it (wouldn’t even dare to open the app) As a pc technician I have seen day in and day out how people just either fall for such nonsense or are willing to give away their privacy for money. Yetttt you hear people screaming from the rooftops “oh big brother is invading our privacy, we can’t let that happen. yet here are all of you handing it to them in a golden platter while they benefit on hearing your phones calls and even worse if people are using it to have their work calls being listened too, Unbelievable. Enjoy your few bucks because now theirs no telling if even deleting the app after agree to the terms, will stop them from listening. Smh. The things people do for money!!

4. 1/5Crooks when convenient to them!! BEWARE AND DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

   This company is a big ripoff disguised as legitimate..They deny your payout request even if you followed all the rules and requirements.. then tell you that you made the money too fast as if we can alter the time we talk on the phone.. that’s how they get you.. it’ll go through for you the first couple times then when you making too much from them they start denying it.. I referred so many people to this app and it’s happened to a few of them as well as people I see in the neon group on social media so it’s happening a lot.. it’s not a glitch it’s a scam from them to keep from having to payout so much money and at the same time they get to use the audio in that call that they didn’t pay you for.. My lawyer friend from the state of attorney office in Florida said she already know it’s a lawsuit coming so let them keep playing and we gonna own this app soon.. I read somewhere that another company is trying to start up soon and it will be better than this one and pay as promised without the hassle of waiting a week to get paid.. I don’t know but for now we all agreed to not use this app anymore because they changed everything to little pay and you can only make real money by referring someone but not everyone is hearing good things about them so now a lot of people don’t even want to participate anymore.. Well it was good while it lasted and I hope this new company is better than this one when they launch it.. how you go from earning 30$ a day to only being able to earn 4$ a day.. and 50$ for each referral that completes a hour call before they even accept the referral and pay you for it..

5. 5/5It’s works! Just one problem

   So I did end up making money in the beginning. I had to call this girl for like 30 seconds. It was like about that they gave for the app and then I got $.30 and I was able to cash that out so the cashing out does work now. I did send referrals to people and I did end up getting some money out of that but I currently have $.13 and I’ve been calling other people and I haven’t really been getting money for them so I just wanna know how does this actually work because other people are getting paid? The people that I call are getting paid my friend made four dollars from our call but I didn’t get anything from the college just prize eligible now I read the rules for that but like I didn’t get paid at all that day it seems like you only get paid like once a day, but I don’t really get paid at all only from the referral thing and it’s not a lot, but I don’t get paid from the calls at all so can you help fix that?
