1. 5/5Very helpful now after the company explained the updated process

   By requiring multiple images to render diagnosis, I believe this app is actually now more accurate than the others I tried which have ridiculous huge price tags. I had gotten fed up with this app recently because after several months, all of sudden it no longer worked as it used to. But I complained and the company responded. The app had been updated. The version I purchased operated off of one camera snap, not 4. I’ve used this updated version now to address several new issues in my garden and this updated version is actually a whole lot better than the version I purchased initially. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

   Best Flower Identifier App I’ve Had… and I pretty much tried them all… from identifying , to tips on how to take care of a plant, to comparing your plant to healthier ones, so you know how they should really look, this app is extremely easy to use …and that’s important for my 80-year-old mother, Hands Down…Best Plant App I Have Ever Tried… and nobody is paying me to say this. I pay fees to subscribe to this app. Nobody is paying me. I’m just telling the truth. #1. !!!

   I really do not like to download an app that says free and then charges you a weekly amount when it’s all downloaded especially for something that I don’t use very often, but it was easier just to leave it then to take it off and download it again when needed. I’m lucky if I use the app four times a year, but I had a plant that started to die so I decided to use it to see what I could do to fix it and of course it won’t let me on now. It’s very frustrating when all this time you’re paying for something and then you go to use it and it says you have to come back later. Is something being worked on or what I don’t know. I’m thinking about just canceling it and maybe going to another app.

4. 4/5I like it despite one drawback

   I like this app very much so far! Love the add to my plants feature with nickname spot and grouping features as well as an area for notes! The only thing I don’t like is it lacks images for each plant. I need to see pictures of each plant in its various stages of growth. That option would make this app dang near perfect! I’m very new at it so maybe there’s aspects to it I don’t see yet. I’m hoping so. But great job! Loving it! And the price per year can’t be beat!!

5. 5/5Excellent APP!!!

   Used the free version for several months now and find it’s been great for identifying plants we have around our house and our nearby walking path in the woods. Just bought the full version so we can print out plant summaries so we can make our own personal journal of our plant findings. Expect the app will continue to be a great product as we continue to use it. 👍👍
