   To all the customers complaining about how long we take to deliver. Let me tell you why. As soon as I get the request I drive to the restaurant’s address that the customer puts there a lot of times the app puts it automatically using your location but please check if it’s right before placing the order because Sometimes it’s the wrong address. I drove extra miles to the wrong address wasting time and gas because the costumer didn’t check the address. So then I have to stop and search on google for the nearest location or call the customer for the right address if it’s a pick up. Now I have to drive for probably another 10 mnts. I order or pick up as fast as I can and if there’s a waiting time at the restaurant I’ll have to wait. after leaving the store we most likely drive for another 10 mnts to deliver. Hoping it’s the right address. We are driving we cannot be texting or calling because we gotta do the favor fast but things like this happen very often and to get a 2$ tip because we took long it’s so not worth it. The app is new so there’s not a lot of drivers yet. Sometimes we get the request when the customer has been already waiting to get their favor accepted so it’s not our fault that you had to wait for that extra time. Sometimes we get favors that are 20mnts away because like I said there’s not enough drivers. So be patient and place your orders at least one hour before. We as drivers want to do it fast because obviously we want a good tip but sometimes things like this happen.

   If you live in a big city like Austin or Dallas etc I encourage you to use any other delivery app like door dash. I was very excited to see that the small town I live in was finally getting a food runner app and originally had no issues with it whatsoever. Over time this service has become frustrating and essentially useless. The app seems to have gotten harder and harder to navigate, half the time what i want isn’t even available to order and I have to text the runner with an entirely different order than what i put on the app if i actually want to get what i want. It seems that all of the runners in my area are just extremely unpleasant or never want to work. I understand that runners are usually doing this as a side gig and have full control over the orders they take but the last several times I’ve tried using this service i just watch my order get picked up and canceled multiple times over the course of an hour before finally giving up. If you live in a small town that offers Favor just bite the bullet and go get it yourself. It’ll be infinitely faster. I strongly suggest that y’all add a feature that lets customers know if there are active runners in their area or not so they don’t waste their time waiting for an order that’s never gonna get picked up. That or maybe just don’t offer a service in such small towns where it likely won’t be able to flourish. Pointless 😡

3. 1/5Very unfortunate! I truly wanted this app to work well!

   I have been using this app for awhile now and it’s always hit or miss but I kept ordering from them because they used to always make the situation right if any issues happened. However, sadly, this has all changed. The recent situation I was victim to is fraud. Favor wouldn’t help correct the fraudulent charges on my transaction. You as a company cannot promote specific prices and then double them and charge customers for things they didn’t order. It’s clearly fraudulent charges that someone else put on my order in addition to what I ordered… and y’all are OK with not handling the situation? Someone actually told me that they wouldn’t correct the charges because I had other issues in my previous orders. So now I’m being penalized for the other issues Favor owned up to and fixed in previous orders? That’s some messed up logic. I will never be able to use this service again if you don’t make this right and continue to support blatant fraud. My suspicions and evidence is that the runners are doing fraudulent charges on my orders and keeping it for themselves. Your app clearly has an issue that needs to be resolved and it’s not coming from me. I shouldn’t have to fight to “get a refund” for some thing I didn’t even order. Please do the right thing. It’s not that much money but it’s the principle. I should only have to pay for the things that I actually ordered, your advertised fees and what tip I agree to. Period.

4. 2/5Why I'm uninstalling this app

   This used to be my FAVORITE delivery app. It's compact, generally accessible with VoiceOver for iPhone, and their runners and support team are wonderful. But I've had some really disappointing experiences recently. Although I've shared them with Support directly, I don't know if the changes I'm requesting will be on the roadmap so will be uninstalling Favor and using another app instead. I'm sharing in case helpful for someone else. First, sometimes I want to customize a drink (make it decaf, no ice, half-sweet, etc.), but there's no option to do so via the dropdowns or freeform text box. I wind up having to contact the runner and/or the store to request the additional customizations. Given this is an on demand service, I shouldn't have to take those extra steps because I'm having to spend time communicating with multiple people when I could be getting back to what work or what have you. Today when I called a store to request modifications, they didn't know what Favor was and said they had no partnership with Favor. There are some major issues with communication and accuracy here. Finally, although I mentioned the app is accessible with VoiceOver, one way in which it's not is when I'm rating an order. If for any reason I need to specify why I'm giving less than five stars, I can't interact with the area listing reasons no matter what I do. I've contacted Support about this multiple times in the past year, but nothing has changed. I hope Favor will take this feedback into account for a better customer experience.

5. 1/5Horrible Service

   I downloaded favor so i could get the whataburger and had not a single good experience trying to order afterwords. The whataburger was free so theres no complaints there however i have 12 dollars in credits for food and every order since has gotten cancelled. I had enough money but they ended up banning my card temporarily. When i messaged customer service they repeating the same stuff over and over like that would help my problem. i waited a few days and continued messaging with favor service so i could use the money before it deleted. Then once i finally understood it I was suspended. I messaged multiple times to figure out how to fix it and they said they submitted a ticket to get me unbanned and that i would get an email. multiple times and i never got an email, i'm still suspended, and unable to use my credits. Ive never had this many problems ever with an ordering service and had bigger hopes for them considering you have to give a tip to your runners. I had so many problems with trying to order from them that my bank account had gotten flagged and made me verify that it was me. the app layout is also weird. you cant find anything and most meals youre not able to customize or even find the typical menu items on here. some you have to order sides and a drink separately and it doesnt let you customize your items as you please. On top of that they dont really have many food places compared to other ordering services.
