   I like the app except for a few things. The first thing is that when you order a dozen donuts, you can’t get it for the dozen donut price. It adds them up individually, which is not what would happen if you bought them at the store. The second things is that you can’t even order a donut bowls unless they are the specialty donut holes. I just want the regular kind. Lastly, you cannot use your rewards. When I apply it, it never applies to the order, no matter how much I try it. Other than that, it’s a great app!

2. 1/5Why isn’t there an option to upload receipts?

   My whole family love Shipley Donuts. I was excited to see the app. Download and tried to use. My local Shipley didn’t receive the order though it charged my card. I used it once out of three times successfully. Our local Shipley employees on Hwy 99 are fantastic, but I regularly go in to order because of unreliability of this app. I don’t get why there isn’t an option to upload in-store receipts for points as well? It can’t be hard to enable. Most other restaurants have this option. You’re missing out on tracking purchases…which is the point here, right? And your loyal customers aren’t rewarded for their patronage. Also, was going to spend some serious money on gift cards at Christmas and Shipley doesn’t offer those either. I had to go elsewhere for those. You’re making it awfully hard to buy from your company. Update options, please!

3. 1/5Never coming back . Need better Trained Employees

   highly disappointed i went this morning Through the driveway to order A beverage because i had already placed an order online For them to tell me they don’t see my Order & to wait for a unexpected that that did not know exact , After that looping back through the drive thru to receive my Order I noticed i hadn’t once i left. i called back up to the store to inform them of this & she states yes they forgot to Do my whole order but i could come back at a later time . Came back when i got off at 4pm for an Refund when the only worker there stated that she don’t know anything . This is totally unacceptable Now i have to make yet again another trip tomorrow morning to talk to the manager for the Third time today ..

4. 3/5Needs some extra love

   Overall decent app, a few things really need to be adjusted. 1. When ordering a select your own box you have to select each donut individually. It would be best if a person would be able to select a quantity when selecting donuts, so a person does not have to select 4 glazed donuts individually if that wanted that in the order. 2. The order this again action needs an update. Please have the app load the order into the cart and allow for editing, instead of just saying one item is unavailable. 3. Allow the app to set a default store.

5. 2/5Needs to improve several things

   Unlike other reward apps, you have to tell the cashier what specific rewards you are using otherwise they will just scan for points and charge you not reflecting any promo or reward. Also, if a purchase has already been made and you forget to give them your phone in the drive thru in order for them to scan it, it would be convenient to have the option to add the purchase in the app. I think the worst of all is they changed the coffee and now it is very bad quality (taste).
