   I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ghulam Waris during my virtual appointment. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Dr. Waris was professional, efficient, and got straight to the point, which I really appreciated. He listened to my concerns and immediately sent my prescription over to my pharmacy, making everything seamless and hassle-free. I was honestly a little nervous about using a new doctor through an app for a virtual visit, but Dr. Waris made the experience completely painless. The app itself was very easy to use, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to be seen on a Sunday with no issues at all. I was seen very quickly and felt well taken care of. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Dr. Ghulam Waris to anyone looking for a smooth, efficient virtual visit.

2. 5/5Wonderful app, lovely Dr.

   Short, sweet and to the point. The Dr was very nice, personable and helpful. I was able to have my issue addressed quickly and should have a prescription in the morning. Should any problems arise with the prescription not being there tmrw or something else, I will update my review, but as it currently stands, I would recommend these services to anyone! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was private, free (with insurance) and very quick, I had an appointment in a matter of minutes after entering my personal info, insurance and pharmacy information and selecting appointment time and a Dr all from the convenience of my home. You will need to allow access to your camera, microphone and Bluetooth and also have your ID ready in the event that they need to verify your identity.

3. 1/5No meds sent, hard to get help, terrible

   I needed pink eye meds. I have a breezy booking process and quick visit at 7:30 PM. I go on about my night. Go to bed. Wake up miserable at 3 AM. Check and realize that I never got told any further info about med delivery, though the doctor said he was sending it. After some difficulty, I figure out how to start a chat. I wait a full hour and 20 minutes and nobody even responds. Then, someone jumps on at 6 AM while I’m still asleep, and says they need me to authorize $35 so it can be sent between 9 and 10 AM. They also say they’ll call before they process the meds. They then leave the chat. One hour after that, I respond, yes, of course, please charge the card. Crickets. I’m currently still waiting while I write this review. I’m a mom of three and I’ve used several different Telehealth apps with this same model and this one is the worst. It says you’ll have your meds within 70 min. It’s been 12 hours and I’m no closer to having my meds than if I’d done absolutely nothing. Terrible.

   I am very pleased with the whole experience from start to present day. This is a game changer ,not only for the patients , but the Drs and staff whom are the professionals are having to deal with traffic, weather conditions , or that unpredictable flat tire, or a wreck. The best part is you get to make an appointment in seconds online, 24 hours a day! Pick your own appointment as your leisure it’s a few click swipes away . Last but not least you get to be wherever you want , all you need is a mobile phone, laptop to where you can visually see one another and have a conversation short ,sweet ,convenience ,done! The Dr I just finished the appointment with ,there was no wait , she was very nice , great personality and got me what I needed . I am always going to have my virtual Dr they are human not AI. lol

5. 5/5Wish I knew sooner

   This app has been a lifesaver. We have three young kids that live 30 minutes from the nearest urgent care, so Common and minor ailments become drawn out stressful excursions when you add wait times and crowded waiting rooms. We’ve been able to be prescribed ear drops for swimmers ear, eye drops, and antibiotics on this app and all those prescriptions have given us a quick solution without the drama of a trip into town. We are also able to get sick note for school and work when necessary. LOVE this app
