1. 5/5Godsend for busy working adults

   I have been on ADHD medicine since childhood and yet I still get the runaround from doctors thinking I am drug seeking. These doctors take the time to look into my medical history and prescription history to validate that I am in fact an honest person struggling with ADHD. I have a wonderful relationship with my primary dr through circle and he remembers me every appointment, showing that he is not just doing this for the money. When I forget to book out in advance I am able to choose from a variety of other providers in my state who are just as helpful and thorough. The only issue is that CVC won’t fill controlled prescriptions through circle med, at least they wouldn’t 6 months ago. Which is fine because everywhere else will. The only downside is when you need to message your doctor you often need to go through a “care team” and that can be a lengthy process . But once you develop a relationship with your primary, depending on the provider, they may message you to start communication directly between the 2 of you.

2. 2/5Definitely going down hill

   I’ve been a Circle Medical user for years. I briefly moved to a state where online prescriptions weren’t accepted for ADHD treatment. When I moved back to Texas, I started using them again. It seems like a shell of what it used to be. I had an appointment this morning at 8:00 AM. I waited the entire 20 minutes on the call and the doctor never showed up. I figured someone would eventually reach out when they saw the session never started. Nope. In fact I tried to contact support, and as of 5:05 PM the same day (a whole business day), no one has read my support message yet. I work help desk in IT and I know it gets backed up, but to have a doctor No-Call/No-Show an appointment and receive radio silence when you reach out is not acceptable. I tried to reschedule with another doctor, but since I technically had an appointment that day, it blocked me from making any more. So now I’m sitting here 8 hours after my appointment and no one has reached out or even read my message yet. Nothing from support, nothing from the doctor. It’s especially bad that Circle Medical charges a late fee/missed appointment fee and notifies you beforehand to respect their time when they don’t return that service anymore. Sorry Circle, but I won’t be coming back.

3. 1/5Great at the start

   I’m a busy working adult. Most are that’s why this appeals to us. That being said it was good in the beginning . 124 for the first video. Then you have to have an over all wellness exam that’s a separate cost, sure, then the third cost of the actual visit they prescribe a trial for you. Great subsequently I had an appointment a doctor canceled on and I was billed for it. Then another doctor followed up(had to pay for that interview / exam as well ) and gave me my first 30 day supply. Turns out no one carried that prescription in my immediate area. I got them to change the pharmacy that one ran out(no fault of Circle at this point) . So I give up and just keep up with daily life as usual. I follow up assuming since I never got the script filled have that same provider simply rewrite that prescription since it never got filled. They said I have to be evaluated again and be prescribed it all over again. I explained I just need it rewritten because it was never filled, they then brought in legal jargon about being under billable hours not about filling the prescription which was a service paid for by a customer. They refuse to re write it/ fill the script that I never received with out me paying for the services again. I’m glad others have had a great experience, just know that I have been charged about 500 dollars for 16 generic pills, of 5mg Ritalin and nothing more, at this point and it does not feel good. They will not help with out me paying another 124 minimum. Be aware. Good Luck

4. 5/5My PCP is amazing!!

   I want to start off by saying I downloaded this app because I had anxiety about going into a physical office. The first person I was assigned to was just a random lady by the name of Kristie Essa. The first video chat appointment I had with Kristie made me feel like I have known her for years. She made it so easy to talk I was so comfortable with sharing my weight and my medical issues with her without feeling like I was being judged or better yet rushed out of a room by the Dr after waiting for 2 hours and they speak to you for 10 mins. We started me up on medication for my ADHD and I’m the process she has gotten more done for me in regards to my health than any other PCP I have ever seen. Kristie is an amazing person and I hope to have many more years of her service. The app itself so easy to manage, the appointments are always on time. The messaging center is highly responsive. They give me my results almost immediately and give me detailed information breaking down what was done.

5. 1/5Would NOT Recommend, save yourselves the trouble!

   I used Circle Medical for a quick telehealth appointment, & my Physician was so professional & answered all of my questions regarding medication & my symptoms. However, the company itself is terrible! In their terms & conditions when you first sign up, you must pay in full once billed, & they do not take most insurances in the US. They do not offer a payment plan (as some medical practices do) but I had asked for an itemized bill with their customer service chat, & the Rep was so rude & dismissive towards me & quickly ended our chat once I said that i was going to file a complaint with the BBB. Circle Medical took a few weeks to get back to me through the BBB, so i figured to just pay my bill, warn others on social media, & move on. I’ve seen other reviews of this company on Reddit where they do not invoice the patient for a while, & while they are getting steady care from their provider- the bill adds up to over $1k and they have 2 days before their card is charged. Not accommodating a payment plan or a form of financial aide or resources like Medstar or Patient First seems very money hungry for this company. Not satisfied, please do more research for yourself & I promise that you will find more reviews like mine.
