   Genuinely have never really ran into a DSG employee without a smile on their faces during sneaker release days. My 4 yr old daughter loves to Join me when I win. And even had a woman who was getting off the clock on the day of the first Caitlyn Clark Kobe 5 release day. I was grabbing 2 pairs wit my family and my princess wanted the CC jersey, but they were Nike offficialy etc, and legitimately had them marked over 145$ for a size 4-5 TD bball jersey that she’s going to wear for one spring/ summer here in Houston… she grows like a string bean. All that said the manager gave one that have a slight defect for free and just, When you’re a single full time father small business owner,,, with a girl especially … it’s enough to make a big former professional hockey player even cry like A I’m The 4/5 yr old, she’ll never forget the small jester and that is what life is all about Ian but shell guys

   We were in town for a softball tournament. Our daughter needed new cleats, so we found this dicks location. There were to associates working in the shoe department. One was helping a customer, the other was just standing there staring. We waited.... waited.... finally I went and asked for assistance. We showed her the shoe we were interested in, she went to the back brought us a box and walked away. It was the wrong shoe... she was no where to be found. We tracked her down told her she looked at the shoe and the one I wanted and walked off. She came back and said “we only have that in an 8” ( we needed a 9) she began to turn to walk away, and I asked about another shoe. I walked over to the shelf and showed her another, she scanned it and walked off. She came back and said she only had that in a 10 1/2. I again showed her another shoe. I’m not positive but I think I heard her sigh. She went back handed my husband the box and again, walked away. We opened the box... only one shoe. We AGAIN chased her down and told her. “The other is on the display” as she was pointing to the sticker in the box. I guess it was up to us to know this. I then, because I was tired of doing her job and getting her attitude, apologized to her for interrupting her so many times. “I am dealing with another customer, you are not the only one In The store” well, Anika, I will let you get back to that customer that apparently is so much more important to you. ***noted she was NOT helping that customer, the other associate was- she was watching him serve them. Hopefully learning some customer service skills while at it.

   I don’t usually leave reviews, but I need to here. For over a year now I have been having problems purchasing from your website. I have even called your customer service multiple times about this. I finally discovered the app and now I am able to give you my money without any problems. I don’t know why, but for some reasons my purchase NEVER goes through on your website. I’ve also used multiple computers and different connections. I never resolved this issue as it still persists til today, but I am glad I can make purchases through your app now. Thank You.

4. 3/5Clunky app, inventory never accurate

   App says they accept Apple Pay but it never goes through. Page loading is clunky and when you select an item then go back it takes you to the top of the search page instead of where you left off. Annoying when you’re looking through lots of items. I’ve needed many last minute items (3 kids in sports and cleats, gloves, etc always blow out because no one likes to makes things that last anymore) and buy for pick up and without fail I get an email saying the item is out of stock. Not sure why they offer same day pick up if they can’t keep track of their inventory. Rewards points expire quickly unless you shop very frequently. I shop about 6-10 times a year and haven’t gotten any rewards of value yet.

5. 1/5Trying to scam me out of rewards for a 400 dollar purchase :((

   TLDR: The infrastructure of the app just seems to have been made by unqualified people. I signed up for an account in person, while making the before mentioned purchase, and the next time I went in I asked to exchange the points for a discount the cashier said he couldn’t do anything on his end. No big deal, I try to log into my account to activate the reward myself, just to be told I don’t have an account. I went back in and had my email linked to my phone number just to be told I still don’t have an account! Here’s some strategies that other companies use to make sure things like this don’t happen: 1. Only 1 account can be linked to 1 phone number. That’s just logic. 2. Log in using a phone number, not email. This is safe for the consumer and the store, and cuts down on confusion with multiple accounts and would cut down on inactive accounts 3. Be able to have cashiers active rewards. It might seem like an easy way for scammers to steal points, but considering that you have to spend 300 dollars to just get 10 dollars off your next purchase, there won’t be a whole lot of rewards worth using if you already have enough to afford getting the points in the first place I hope this constructive criticism is helpful for you guys!
