   I was told that cosmoprof was not going to be carrying as much nail supplies anymore. I am a nail tech that has just started a business and I have to say that this is not good news for me. I also went in store and ordered a towel warmer. Over a month went by of me calling the store and asking if it has come in. I always got the same response. “We keep putting the order in but it hasn’t come in.” I finally said- forget about it and I’ll just order it online. I also could not find any emery boards which you would think there would be an abundance off. Sad to say that I will most likely be ordering most things directly from suppliers online. Seems that this is the new era of online ordering.

2. 2/5App needs work!

   I get so frustrated with how slow the app is. It freezes and lags constantly whenever I use it. The last order I submitted asked me for the billing address for my credit card (I’ve had this information on my account for over 12 years). I entered the info (which they already had from past orders), but it wouldn’t let me submit my order because apparently it didn’t like the address, but it also wouldn’t let me edit it! I ended up deleting my card on file three times (because that’s the only way to edit the billing address), but each time I resubmitted the billing address, it didn’t recognize the address for whatever reason. I gave up, went to bed, and the next morning it finally accepted the address so I could finally submit my order. There is no reason why a company as big as CosmoProf cannot have a more user friendly app that is easy to navigate and functions properly.

   I love the new update if it only worked ! Everything is so much more easier , and quick to look through like prices and colors. I love that …. But it never works it always glitches . It don’t show any prices or will only show every 1/10 , won’t show my cart or won’t let me check out Ect …and just when I think it’s working ..bam ! Something else happens. I mean it has great potential just please make it work or fix the bugs or whatever is going on . Thank u! P.s I’ve been dealing with this for like 2 months. So usually I get annoyed and give up my orders cause of the hassle then go to the store … which has a down fall to because my store shelves are always bare….

4. 1/5Prices different in store

   Why are the prices different on the app? Even though the stores are very accommodating in price matching with the app prices, no one has time to sit and wait for them to look up each price and change it to match. It’s frustrating because sometimes I can’t add all the color I need to my cart to do in store pick up, so I get frustrated and just abandon my cart and go to the store to buy it, and that was when I realized the in store prices are sometimes $$4 more than the app price. Please fix this! We already have to buy or bring a bag, but Sally’s still gives bags. Aren’t they part of the same company? These inconsistencies are something I would have thought would be made by a company that was being run by someone that didn’t know what they were doing or had poor leadership because it’s like the head doesn’t know what the arms and legs are doing.

   Unsure if there was some sort of update or what. I went to do a pickup order and it said there was a problem with my payment and to try something else but my bank said the payment went through. I waited about ten minutes to see if there was an order confirmation but it still showed items in my cart. I went into my account info to see if there was any info on the order. It only showed my previous orders but not today, and it had NONE of my other information. Even at the top it said “Hi,!” No name, email, phone number, address, nothing but I clearly was logged in because it shows my other orders. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but had the same issue. I called customer support about my issue and they recommended to use the website. Website had zero issues and will not download the app again.
