   I don’t have enough glowing words to say regarding my experience with Faire. This platform gave my brand new small business a fighting chance with their instant line of credit. I’ve worked my way up to $18K in the last three years and I’m so unbelievably grateful to have had this opportunity. I don’t think I could have excelled in the way I have without a platform like this. It’s comprehensive. User friendly. Features hundreds of amazing brands + businesses who align with my holistic lifestyle and business model. Customer service, when necessary, has always been very helpful. Highly recommended!!

2. 1/5Terrible customer service

   The overall concept of Faire seems appealing. It appeared to be a viable tool to boost my online business. However, after meticulously completing all the verification and requirements with Faire, I still couldn’t make a purchase through their platform. Despite sending them an email expressing my frustration, I encountered additional hurdles without any clear explanation for the issue. My most recent email with them left me deeply disappointed, as they informed me that they would not proceed with my account. When I inquired for further information, they simply advised me to check back in three months. The only positive aspect of Faire is the opportunity to wholesale from vendors outside of their platform. However, since I am unable to resolve this issue with Faire due to their poor customer service, I intend to explore alternative options. I will reach out to the vendors directly and bypass the middleman. Upon researching other platforms, it’s evident that there are both advantages and disadvantages for both wholesalers and customers. It seems that Faire presents challenges on both fronts.

3. 1/5Read Before Buying

   I don’t know why they don’t just put together some sort of formal application process to approve ppl before they place orders. Instead they wait until you place an order to tell you that *surprise!* you have to have your “profile verified”. (It’s not a profile of you have to get approved!) A day later no response. I contacted CS and was informed that they didn’t receive any of the info they needed. I fill out all the info a second time and wait another 24 hours. After 2 days I receive an email requesting additional information about a pop up shop (I don’t have a pop up yet, I’m an online seller?) so no response 3 days after placing this order. The app says my order is processing and the website says it’s still on hold. What kind of website lets people place orders and then puts the order on hold for info they never requested from you to begin with?! I do not like having money hanging in the air like this. Very frustrating

4. 4/5Not good for iPads

   Would love Faire if they had a customer service phone number to call when things go wrong. For instance… two vendors have shipped my wares but they are claiming they shipped them yet. I’m in a terrible bind because there are some defective items I’d like to claim. So without good customer service I just can’t give the company 5 stars. I order tons of things on Faire . I gotta say the app is terrible . I need to hold my iPad vertical and it’s not comfortable like that, really cramps up my hands in a short time. Not only is it vertical but it’s also small and doesn’t use the full screen. The app should be sideways for the iPad version so you can enjoy the gull screen like a computer. I have to just go to the website and order from there because I don’t own a computer and I still need to order off my iPad. The good thing about Faire is that is great for finding new and unique items for your store. I Love that about Faire! I’d give it five stars if they made it so you could use your iPad with the full wide screen. I have to use my tiny phone to order. Not real fun on the eyes.

5. 2/5Photos sizing is awful

   Although I love (almost) everything about this app, it’s missing the two most important features! 1. Product photos do not expand when clicked on. This means you can only see PART of the top, or whatever you’re looking at. I take tons of screenshots for my customers to “vote” on which tops we add next. I have to go thru my browser & the Faire full website to be able to do this, as the photos are so badly cut off. 2. No messaging system!!! There is no option or feature to message our favorite vendors with questions or inquiries! 3rd annoying thing about the App AND their website: NO PLUS SIZE CATEGORY, PERIOD! This makes the searching of products extremely frustrating for us who offer ALL SIZES in our stores. 4th thing that frustrates and irritates me to no end= too many items do not have actual product #’s! So many stores simply have just the description of items; (“basic short-sleeve top”, instead of item #HF4443, etc.) This makes searching for the OTHER sizes impossible, going back to the whole Plus size category thing I mentioned above) 5th & Last thing- product #’s or skus desperately need to be shown either alphabetically, numerically, or listed in order of entrance. Until these features are updated within this App, I will not be using it, as it’s a huge waste of time. I’m becoming frustrated with the website as well, with the latter issues on this list, and have started browsing other wholesale sites. Hopefully someone who makes these decisions and changes actually reads this review and DOES SOMETHING to correct these things!

   order process was great. had a quick question for customer service. used the virtual assistant, which moved me on to a human. the human took great care on me. the whole process took less then 5 minutes, and I'm a happy camper. I'll be ordering from Faire a LOT in the future
