   I’ve been searching high and low for MONTHS for a drop shipping company that offers high quality clothing within the U.S. that also has a Shopify integration and I am SO excited that I found Trendsi! Trendsi is a newer platform and in my opinion, it’s the first of its kind within the U.S. to offer AFFORDABLE, HIGH QUALITY boutique style clothing that is available for drop shipping - AND they have a Shopify integration so everything is extremely streamlined when it comes to the product offering and updating inventory. It’s amazing to not have to worry about purchasing inventory in wholesale (which can be risky), manually shipping out orders, handling restocks, etc. I honestly thought this was too good to be true when I found the service, but it’s not and they are just getting started! I haven’t been using the app/service for too long yet, but I already love the fact that they have daily new releases (M-F) and their customer support so far has been phenomenal. Starting a brand is exciting but can also feel overwhelming. Trendsi mitigates all the fears on the production side of things so that I can focus on what I love most - growing my brand, designing and enhancing my website, marketing and making customers happy! I’m excited to get grow my brand alongside Trendsi! 💕

   This app is truly amazing. They have the best customer service! 24/7. Its free to join and they help you in getting started to build your online business.. i just had some questions and Lee was very helpful to answer all my questions with clarity. 3. 3/5Needs a lot of work

   First let me say that I have been using Trendsi for 8 months and in this time they have grown a lot, but still not enough. They constantly run out of sizes and cancel orders. My company spends a lot of money on Facebook ads, so when a sale roles in we’re excited, but then the order gets canceled from Trendsi DAYS LATER for whatever reason ( sold out, quality, etc). At that point ( sometimes a week after a customer ordered from me), I am left to contact my new costumer and let them know their item was falsely promised to them. It’s a horrible way to run a business and very stressful. On the other hand, Trendsi has a quick customer service response to issues, and the app/website works pretty well. The clothes they are picking are great quality and I still trust that they will work out their kinks, so I’m sticking with them for the time being. It’s hard for me to grow if they do not. I also hope they choose even better merchandise in the months to come. I’m a small business owner and supporter. please know you will have the possibility of issues with no matter whom you choose, so this review is just honest feedback to let others know my experience. I will adjust this review in a few months.

4. 2/5Terrible Shipping/Processing

   While this company has amazing products and a great variety I am completely disappointed at the processing and shipping times. The first order placed by a customer over a month ago now still has not processed and shipped and my wholesale order has been delayed multiple times to the point where I’m having to order from a completely different vendor in order to even still do my events coming up. I’m completely disappointed and heartbroken as I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this order just to have to spend hundreds more somewhere else. The ONLY redeeming quality is the customer support agents who genuinely try to help. I’m in the process of removing their products from my store and going with a different vendor as this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Again the customer support agents have done their best to make it right but at this point with the lack of communication, and having to spend hundreds out of pocket to make my events I’m not sure I want to continue business with this company.

5. 1/5Poor communication and 1 month shipping delay

   I placed my order almost a month ago, well before Chinese New Year. When I started asking why it hadn’t shipped, I was told the warehouse was closed for Chinese New Year. However, they have now been open for over two weeks, and my order is still not shipped. Every day I contact customer support, and every day I hear a new excuse about why the order hasn’t been sent. The only “solution” they offer is to wait, which I have already been doing for weeks. A supervisor even told me on March 2nd that the order would ship on March 8th, but now it’s March 10th and there is still no shipment and no update. The supervisor has also stopped responding completely. To make matters worse, the only compensation they offered was $20 on a wholesale order, which is extremely disappointing considering the inconvenience and the amount of time wasted. Instead of offering something reasonable like express shipping or a proper solution, they expect customers to just keep waiting. I have been placing orders with this company for over 2 years, and unfortunately I keep facing the same issues over and over again. For a company of this size, the customer support and problem resolution are far below acceptable standards. Very frustrating and disappointing experience
