   I love Dollskill sm, specifically because the shoes. I love platforms so much and quite frankly can’t find shoes like these anywhere else. Having the app makes accessing the store sm more convenient, rather than logging on the website online each time I wanted to browse and purchase. I love that now I can see reviews! The only odd things are that 1, we can’t put pictures under the reviews (I’d love to see the products with/on customers, it just feels more trustworthy somehow lol) and 2, we don’t have a love list anymore (on the website we could heart things to come back to later, but now we only have recently viewed on our account page.) Ouh another thing I’d love is if we could have the shoe inch under shoe descriptions. The pictures and descriptions are great and cute, but id love to know the measurements of the heels so I can know how tall the shoe is (because sometimes I purchase shoes and they’re not as tall as I want. I just like to be prepared for the shoe in person is all.) So that’d be cool. Otherwise, I really enjoy being able to just scroll whenever and have the app here on my phone. Very convenient and cool app. Clear and easy to read and look things up. Love the sales, they come so in clutch.

2. 5/5FINALLY!!! Although…

   I freaking love DK! I’m a huge fan and do most of my clothes and shoe shopping on DK’s website. I’ve been waiting for DK to drop an app for the longest time! It’s finally here although it needs more work. Logging in is kind of an odd process and you don’t stay logged in. It’s a little hard to maneuver the app. It’s not easy to see your wishlist, and you can’t add to your wishlist. It’s new so I don’t expect it to be amazing, but I hope it does continue to improve over time! Something that DK should do for BOTH the website and the app is consider making a filter for your wishlist. I think this would help them sell items. I find it annoying to endlessly scroll through my wishlist to find that one item that may or may not be in stock anymore. Also for shoppers who are reading this, if an item you want goes out of stock PLEASE CLICK THE NOTIFICATION BUTTON! Signup to be notified! I’m not sure if this is true, it’s a theory, but the more people that sign up to get notified, the more likely it is for these items to come back in stock! So signup!!

3. 5/5they definitely needed an app!

   through out the years i watched the company grow. i'm a long time customer for over a decade amd god knows how many thousands of dollars i've spent with them. i've seen them go through a nama nane change a huge controversy amd hundreds of terrible reviews and i STILL I LOVE DOLLS KILL they have the best show selection on earth and even they added. a plus size catalogue shop here there clothes shoes bags etc and house wares are all incredible! i also have to say that i think their prices are fair if you are cheap then this is not a site for you you get what you pay for so d dropping a hundred or so bucks on shoes that are super unique amd that will get you compliments everywhere you go! shop dolls kills and be proud of being different have nothing bad to say about them i've placed well over 100 orders and they have had very few blunders and great customer service and support i highly recommend

4. 5/5Majority of not all my closet is DK

   I’ve been shopping with dolls kill since I can remember. Almost all of my clothes come from this site. Unfortunately there isn’t a location in Florida or I would be saving a ton on shipping fees. I would love if we could get an option to cancel an order or update shipping speed on the the order list within a timeframe. Without having to fill out a form and wait a day for a response. Aside from that I love everything I get here and my wishlist keeps growing with all the new releases back to back 😭💕 love you dolls ❤️

5. 2/5This App is not great

   Don’t get me wrong, it’s easy to navigate, which is why I’m giving two stars and not one. Also I absolutely love dolls kill (even if they’re overpriced sometimes) and the clothing store /misc. store has nothing to do with this review. This is solely based on the App, that’s it. Anyway, I can’t access my wishlist, I can’t add things to my wishlist. I can’t access my account information and I can’t see if I have store credit. I’m sure there are other things that I can’t do as well on this app. I I feel like this app is only for viewing and buying. That’s it. No window shopping or anything. Which is stupid because window shopping is the best. This app just feels useless, it could be potentially a great app as well. The navigation is great, the layout is great. Etc. but no wishlist and no ability to access my information is a huge deal breaker. Hopefully they fix this in the future. Sorry if I come out hateful. Just wanted to make the dev team aware of this. This app has a lot of potential. Don’t stop now!
