5/5Why I’m still with CB but now live in FL
I’ve been banking with CB for so many years and I’ve always been treated with respect and always given great service no matter what my needs were! So, since I had already embraced online banking and rarely ever needed to go into the bank, when I moved to Florida in 2020, I saw no reason to change banks! I did have to finally close my two safe deposit boxes though! CB leadership should be very proud of all those employees that I’ve interacted with over the years, mainly over the phone! Plus, your credit and debit card algorithm’s have recognized fraudulent transactions so quickly that I’ve had great peace of mind knowing it’s hard to get past your safe guards! Thank you Central Bank!!!

My name is LeeAnn. I’m a client through Central Bank. I have an account through them actually my husband and myself do we have a short account Central Bank is pretty awesome. I love the fact that if you have money, that has been withdraw out of your account it’ll notify you and it’ll tell you about unusual activity. The only thing I do not like about Central Bank is a can go to the bank and use their drivers license ID and pull money out not to sound like a nag. There’s one more thing else I don’t like and that is their overdraft. Yes there’s a protection and yes, I get your borrowing money and you guys are taking hundred percent someone has a problem I don’t think there should be an overdraft allowed, other than that, Central Bank is great

Cannot say in words how easy the app is to use. I love going into the bank as well the employees are always willing to help and you don’t have to wait, someone will help you extremely fast,we needed to get a paper notarized and we got in door walked to counter one of the cashier came very fast to help us, the girl came from behind counter and helped us with everything. The mobile app is so easy making a deposit is so easy bank snaps the picture you do nothing but select account and put amount in that’s all you have to do the bank automatically takes picture for you. I can go on and on but, I will leave it to you to go in bank and see what I mean. Bill & Linda Downs

1/5New App Update HORRIBLE
The new app update makes reconciling an account to any outside accounting software a nightmare. The old style was a quick look and see it all, the new style only shows date at the top, so you have to scroll up to see what the date on payment is, the pending and cleared charges are all mixed up and make reconciling checking accounts horrible... the best thing that can happen to this app update is they re-release their archived app and go back to the way it was. The new app may be okay for someone that uses the app without keeping track of their money and just wants a snapshot of their account, but if you like to track your account with multiple card holders (wife, kids, etc.), then the way the app is made is horrible. I think I am going to have to log into the website, print the ledger, and then highlight to mark off each item during reconciling process the old fashioned way. Horrible!

5/5Very clean and easy to use
I just recently switched from one bank to now bank with Central Bank. The entire transition has been wonderful and easy. My old bank offered similar resources and an app, but the app was very clunky and hard to use. This Central Bank app is much easier to use and is clear about how to make transfers and transactions. One thing I really like is that the app gives warnings if you have transferred money too many times or are nearing a negative balance. Both are simple things my old bank did not do, but they make a difference. This app also makes all pasta and pending transactions clear and easy to quickly read. Another thing that I really like is that logging into the app or website creates a very comparable experience. It is virtually the same login process and both screens look the same. This is really nice because I do not have to guess where to go if I am using a different devise. Overall, I am very satisfied with this app and I can’t wait to see what additional features are included in the next update.

"body": "I’ve been banking with CB for so many years and I’ve always been treated with respect and always given great service no matter what my needs were! So, since I had already embraced online banking and rarely ever needed to go into the bank, when I moved to Florida in 2020, I saw no reason to change banks! I did have to finally close my two safe deposit boxes though! CB leadership should be very proud of all those employees that I’ve interacted with over the years, mainly over the phone! Plus, your credit and debit card algorithm’s have recognized fraudulent transactions so quickly that I’ve had great peace of mind knowing it’s hard to get past your safe guards! Thank you Central Bank!!!",

I love the fact that if you have money, that has been withdraw out of your account it’ll notify you and it’ll tell you about unusual activity. The only thing I do not like about Central Bank is a can go to the bank and use their drivers license ID and pull money out not to sound like a nag. There’s one more thing else I don’t like and that is their overdraft. Yes there’s a protection and yes, I get your borrowing money and you guys are taking hundred percent someone has a problem I don’t think there should be an overdraft allowed, other than that, Central Bank is great",

I love going into the bank as well the employees are always willing to help and you don’t have to wait, someone will help you extremely fast,we needed to get a paper notarized and we got in door walked to counter one of the cashier came very fast to help us, the girl came from behind counter and helped us with everything. The mobile app is so easy making a deposit is so easy bank snaps the picture you do nothing but select account and put amount in that’s all you have to do the bank automatically takes picture for you. "body": "The new app update makes reconciling an account to any outside accounting software a nightmare. The old style was a quick look and see it all, the new style only shows date at the top, so you have to scroll up to see what the date on payment is, the pending and cleared charges are all mixed up and make reconciling checking accounts horrible... the best thing that can happen to this app update is they re-release their archived app and go back to the way it was. The new app may be okay for someone that uses the app without keeping track of their money and just wants a snapshot of their account, but if you like to track your account with multiple card holders (wife, kids, etc.), then the way the app is made is horrible. I think I am going to have to log into the website, print the ledger, and then highlight to mark off each item during reconciling process the old fashioned way. Horrible!",

"title": "Very clean and easy to use",
"body": "I just recently switched from one bank to now bank with Central Bank. The entire transition has been wonderful and easy. My old bank offered similar resources and an app, but the app was very clunky and hard to use. This Central Bank app is much easier to use and is clear about how to make transfers and transactions. One thing I really like is that the app gives warnings if you have transferred money too many times or are nearing a negative balance. Both are simple things my old bank did not do, but they make a difference. This app also makes all pasta and pending transactions clear and easy to quickly read. Another thing that I really like is that logging into the app or website creates a very comparable experience. It is virtually the same login process and both screens look the same. This is really nice because I do not have to guess where to go if I am using a different devise. Overall, I am very satisfied with this app and I can’t wait to see what additional features are included in the next update.",
