1. 2/5Ehh not what they claim it to be, deceitful

   Doesn’t do what they claim to do. They claim you can watch videos for 7 days straight then get 0.75 cent on the seventh day. When in reality the stars restart every third or fourth day no matter what. You can never reach the seventh day. Then you can’t even watch videos every day or at certain times of the day but you will never know what times of the day that is. The spin to win is ridged. You will get 5 cent 99% of the time even though with the amount of options of winning that is statistically unlikely if it was a real legitimate spin. The surveys they have rarely ever let you actually get to do any of the surveys, they always say not the right fit even if you change your options every time. Most you can do is get 5 cent for the spin to win, and a lot of one cent click on this website, but it’s nothing substantial. Also the claim that you will get 0.50 in boost coin if you pay your bill for a couple months, I think either two or three months straight has never happened. I have yet to ever see that one time and I’ve had boost for a while. Don’t go in thinking you will get a low cost bill. Is it cheaper than some other companies yes, but you probably won’t ever get a reduction of anymore than a couple bucks a month. Only put two stars because you can still get a couple bucks off a month if you use the app consistently and you can pay your bill on the app, along with changing your plan. Idk how this app has even three stars, because it does glitch sometimes too.

2. 1/5Another Month of Taking Away App Functions

   I guess you are intent on taking all of the boost coin ways to earn away from this app. Can’t make it a whole month without the app being down. Forced to update twice this month already and now almost every feature is gone. Searching for another cellular carrier. This is just not worth the the effort each month. Now my 7 days of videos bonus and wheel spin and 7 days spin bonus is gone completely. The daily sign in bonus is gone as well. A nickel a day is all you get for watching videos at a penny a video. You sent an email talking about changes to the duration boost coins could accumulate and never mentioned that every bonus was eliminated or that the daily sign in bonus is gone. You even took the timer away that showed how much time is remaining before you could start collecting boost coins. I know it was tied to the wheel spin but you could have moved the timer to the video section. It’s clear that there wasn’t any thought to this except to eliminate over 75 percent of the ways to earn anything towards your bill while wasting the time of your customers to watch a few videos because you make money from that from bitcoin. I tried the offers feature before and was not rewarded so I won’t waste my time on that again. Good luck to you. You are going to need it. People are going to leave Boost for good after this.

3. 1/5YOU GUYS ARE LITERALLY THE WORST

   I’ve ordered a phone oct 4th I was approved for an financial assistance with an iPhone 16 pro max, after calling customer support several times I was told my order was to be sent out on the 18th of October, then 18th came no phone, I’ve gotten in touch with customer service again which is very difficult sometimes to be even mysteriously disconnected but I’m patient I called back and finally to hear my shipment won’t be shipped until October 25th, i informed the boost mobile agent I’m no longer at the address where I previously ordered the item and asked to change delivery address, the agent says there’s nothing that can be done and suggest I contact ups for an address swap and I do so but the agents can’t do so without an tracking number, now I’ve waited a week for a tracking number and finally can contact ups again for an address swap an ups agent says they need to speak with boost before swapping out the address, now I have ups agents and boost agents on the phone with each other for an boost agent to say there’s nothing that can be done, so ups and I come with agreement to pick the package up from an ups location but boost says I’m unauthorized to do so now the package is being returned back to boot and here. I am a month with no phone no contacts and no funds returned every time. I’m on the line with anyone who claims to be a supervisor. The line gets disconnected. I’m seriously in a ball of stress and don’t know who to contact for any results

4. 2/5Low competetive pricing, but beware of false advertising.

   The worst thing about Boost in my experience is the deceitful advertising. I have received emails promising discounts. I recently received an email directly from Boost promising "Get $15 in Credits For Signing Up For AutoPay" through the email link provided. I clicked the link, signed up for Autopay, and did not get the credit/discount. I contacted customer service. They were polite and kind to look into it, but in the end unhelpful. They told me it did not apply to my account even though the email did not say anything about that. They said they could do nothing for me. They wouldn't compromise in anyway. It was a waste of time for me, and I felt like I was cheated out of money. I felt betrayed. How dare Boost for being so deceitful, for wasting their customers' time, and thus being unethical! Unfortunately, Boost does not provide a way to file a complaint within the company itself, which is why I am taking the time to write this review. Writing a review was the only course of action I could think of that may aid in positive change for the company's advertising as well as their customer experience. Considering my mostly positive experience with Boost, I did not want to have to make my negative experiences known to the public, but I am left with no other option. The customer agents have been very kind and they try to help. For that I am grateful. Boost has low competitive prices especially for those who don't need much cellular data. I have good reception/service with Boost as well. Just beware the false advertising!

5. 5/5Great App - Great Company!

   I switched over from Visible by Verizon, and I am so impressed. (I was a customer close to two years ago) and this company has significantly improved. I ported over and got the iPhone 15 and this phone is a rockstar on their newly built network, that’s right I am on there NATIVE 5G Network they built and the service is absolutely phenomenal. Customer service has improved, the mobile app is amazing and very easy to use and navigate through, more features, and more data! They are such a new company and very competitive. It’s nice to see a company that combined postpaid and prepaid in one to offer customers great service and the option to finance devices. Even though, I do not finance and choose not too they still give you great deals on port-ins and upgrades and I hope that only changes to get even better for ALL customers! It’s been a breath of fresh air since switching and the process in-store was super smooth. There new network is already amazing and I can only imagine how fantastic it will be once it is fully built out. Thank you Boost Mobile for bringing competition to the market, fantastic deals, improved features, improved customer support, and an improved mobile app! I hope it continues to improve and become even better. A company doing big things for all customers!!! 🧡📲📶🎉
