   I had never heard of this company before trying them out approximately 6-8 months ago but was tempted to test them out as they offered a free trial for their phone service. Hey, why not right? If I like them I can save $15 a month on cell service and maybe even get better coverage out here in Northeast Mississippi 🤷🏻‍♀️ Unfortunately where I was living at the time I started using Visible, unless you had At&t, you weren’t going to get any cell service at the house. I was disappointed that Visible wasn’t any better than Straight Talk in getting reception at home, but I really liked the lower price and the fact that unlike Straight Talk, their “Unlimited” definition was more accurate as they don’t limit your “unlimited” data usage at 10-25mg monthly; rather, Visible’s unlimited is closer to truly being unlimited! Plus their app is super simple and easy to use!!! I wasn’t able to keep my old phone number because I didn’t have any current active service on my old phone and it made no sense to pay for service on it just to switch numbers so that was disappointing but it is what it is and really not too big of a deal. Other than a couple small disappointments, I have been very pleased with the quality of service from Visible on the app and with the cell service too. I do recommend Visible for those who want a cheaper very reasonable price and the use of a super simple and easy to use app to make payments as well as monitor their account, upgrade their phones and more!! Plus, they gently remind you 4 days in advance of your payment being due via text and or email which for me is very helpful 😁

2. 5/5Been trying to switch to the service but so many issues

   Tried two times to get it, and it’s been over six weeks and it’s still not activated with my number, and no word from the company. I recently just today tried to talk on their chat, majorly understaffed and have to wait 25 minutes to chat and then get disconnected when you don’t respond, this happened twice. I was just trying to get on it because my family is on it and it’s cheaper but I have simple mobile now and they are so much more responsive. I can just call them and activate my service. This company seems like it has the worst service ever. Which tells me that I am probably going with the wrong company here. Update: tried to get on visible again because everybody is encouraging me because they send you a Sim, they never sent me a Sim last time so I was trying to get the eSIM this time. The payment could not work on that for some reason and there is noPhone you can call just a computer that gives you canned messages. Couldn’t figure it out through that. The company is full of bugs, Once again. Just went to Lyca mobile seems to be working in about five minutes of me showing up at the store and getting the sim. Go to any mobile phone store and get anything other than this visible. You can get on any cheap plan anywhere. It’s not the best deal in town you can get the same plans on a sim with international calls for less than $50. Simple mobile or lyca are two just offhand….

3. 3/5Good except for wifi calling and tech support

   The Good: Very fair pricing for access to the Verizon network. The online signup and porting of a number from another carrier worked surprisingly well, much better than at the parent company Verizon. A log of tech support chats can be downloaded The Bad: The app itself is rather clunky with mediocre navigation and limited access to account resources. Support is only via chat, not email. The app is also prone to hang. The Ugly: Wifi calling just does not work for me despite spending hours with tech support over the course of a week. Having to deal with support via chat makes things difficult as it inefficient, prone to miscommunication, texting past one another, and requires two devices. But the worst thing is the lack of knowledgeable and effective support. After chatting with multiple agents about wifi calling, it appears there are six steps to their problem-solving approach. First, promise that the problem will be fixed. Second, they have you perform straightforward and obvious steps like turning wifi calling “on”. Third, repeat these steps multiple times over multiple days. Fourth, identify the problem as something beyond their control, such as your wifi network (which previous to switching to Visible supported wifi calling with the exact same phone!). Fifth, declare that the problem has been resolved. Sixth, state that the system is working as designed (e.g. wifi calling will only work when there is a Verizon cellular signal).

4. 5/5Why Choose Visible

   I’ve personally used visible for years; they have maintained quality service at an affordable price the entire time. This review, I want to call out a rare factor that makes this business extra amazing. During the CoVid pandemic, I was a college student and they reduced my bill to $5 a month multiple months. When my mom who has disability signed up, they credited her multiple months to get started and save for future payments. This week, my uncle passed away and I messaged about the situation, and they easily let us cancel and issued a credit for my aunt who now has a reduced income. On top of known service they provide- Visible is one of the best companies I have ever been a customer of. I appreciate the leadership allowing flexibility of agents to actually help people that may be going through a hard time- over the years I’ve probably converted 20 people (mostly family) which I hope shows my own commitment to giving back to a company that gives to all of us. Yes yes yes sign up, be ready for app based support, and tell all your friends about it so we can support an amazing company that should be recognized as the modern and right way to conduct business- treat people right and they will commit to your business and stay long term! I buy my phones through them, if I ever get to leave the country I’ll pay for the worldwide service, I may one day get the watch service, and I love they’re supported by Verizon. Thank you to Visible leadership- I’ve been able to help so many people just telling them about a phone service.

   I have had my phone now for going lil over two years now and I have had nothing but great things to say about Visible and I’ll start with I have no complaints and 5star review with 2+ years of service the best part also u pay no extra for hot spot unlimited hot spot and it don’t matter how much u use thats is un heard of from these other companies given u 30 gb they give u unlimited here and at low cost of 25 bucks tax’s fees included into the 25 dollars and they give u for every referral u get 20 bucks & 20 for your friend U do have to use it 1per month but u pay only 5 dollars and they pay 5 bucks and they also let u test start it for free no credit card only a email and eSim number & they give u 15 free days for nothing but have a clean phone thats free of any money owed to any other company but u can have 45 days for 5 dollars with a referral from someone u know or be the first of your friends to give out the referrals and u pay 5 dollars for that month and they pay 5 for there first month to me that’s great compared to all the big boys and still be better than all of them so hands down best wireless service awesome customer service one of the lowest prices if not the lowest price and I’m a certified legit customer for over two years and this is a real review thanks for reading and I was happy to share no one paid me to write this or even asked me to I did it willingly thanks goodbye
