1. 5/5Been trying to switch to the service but so many issues

   Tried two times to get it, and it’s been over six weeks and it’s still not activated with my number, and no word from the company. I recently just today tried to talk on their chat, majorly understaffed and have to wait 25 minutes to chat and then get disconnected when you don’t respond, this happened twice. I was just trying to get on it because my family is on it and it’s cheaper but I have simple mobile now and they are so much more responsive. I can just call them and activate my service. This company seems like it has the worst service ever. Which tells me that I am probably going with the wrong company here. Update: tried to get on visible again because everybody is encouraging me because they send you a Sim, they never sent me a Sim last time so I was trying to get the eSIM this time. The payment could not work on that for some reason and there is noPhone you can call just a computer that gives you canned messages. Couldn’t figure it out through that. The company is full of bugs, Once again. Just went to Lyca mobile seems to be working in about five minutes of me showing up at the store and getting the sim. Go to any mobile phone store and get anything other than this visible. You can get on any cheap plan anywhere. It’s not the best deal in town you can get the same plans on a sim with international calls for less than $50. Simple mobile or lyca are two just offhand….

2. 5/5Not worth it.

   I have been trying to get resolution on multiple issues since the first day I signed up with Visible. The service is great. But the customer service is horrid. If you order a phone from them, you HAVE to be home to receive it or they will not deliver it. There was an ad for a free $200 giftcard when you switch your number or buy a new device with a new number from them. After I tried to redeem this offer, they said “oh it’s only for customers who bring a number over” that was not what the ad said and they didn’t want to make it right. Mind you.. Verizon wouldn’t give the j formation needed to port my old number over so I just set up a new one. Now I’ve been having problems with my new number and Visible said they fixed it twice but never did. Now they want me to change my number. They make too many excuses for the way they do business. Instead getting down to the problem and doing whatever it takes to make it right. They just say “we’re a new company we’re working improving our service” I’m literally giving you the opportunity to improve it and you say no to every single thing I ask for. Honor your ad. They said no. Fix my number, we’ll sway we’ll do it but make you wait a month only to make an excuse and say “oh that’s not possible to do that” Don’t bother with visible. All of these problems should not have even been problems. There are easy solutions that this company has no interest in finding or agreeing too. A new company should do whatever it takes to keep its customers happy. Stay away.

3. 5/5Almost 2 yrs and zero issues

   I feel bad for these people who say they regret the change, have all sorts of problems, etc. I just ran my IMEI by the chat rep, said it was good. A couple hours later working as good as it had the previous 15+yrs on Verizon. Rarely buffers video, same for internet radio. Oh yeah, there was one big issue...i was no longer paying almost $300 For 4 phone lines!! And if you are real tech haterz, not a big phone person then you may want to consider sticking with the big Brother 'V'. Their customer service was much easier to digest. Visible is only chat and that can be annoying for some. But when i go to the $.99 store i don't expect my groceries to be walked to my car, or to find 3 aisles of imported cheeses. Same goes with cell service. **INSIDER TIP** Occasionally i've noticed it will get a little sluggish. I forget what the name of the process is but i had a tech friend run me through it: 1:With phone on, remove sim. 2:Shut down phone for about a min or two then restart with no sim .3. Shut down and put sim back in tray while phone is OFF. 4: Start phone , sim card in, back to normal. It does some sort of reassignment of it's waa woo hoodoo voodoo. Whatever it does it always seems to speed up my connection after i follow that. The other sure fire way is to let your service lapse for a bit. Few hours is fine. Good luck. And thanks Visible or verizon or whoever...i smile when i pay $25 month instead of crying at $300!

   I’ve personally used visible for years; they have maintained quality service at an affordable price the entire time. This review, I want to call out a rare factor that makes this business extra amazing. During the CoVid pandemic, I was a college student and they reduced my bill to $5 a month multiple months. When my mom who has disability signed up, they credited her multiple months to get started and save for future payments. This week, my uncle passed away and I messaged about the situation, and they easily let us cancel and issued a credit for my aunt who now has a reduced income. On top of known service they provide- Visible is one of the best companies I have ever been a customer of. I appreciate the leadership allowing flexibility of agents to actually help people that may be going through a hard time- over the years I’ve probably converted 20 people (mostly family) which I hope shows my own commitment to giving back to a company that gives to all of us. Yes yes yes sign up, be ready for app based support, and tell all your friends about it so we can support an amazing company that should be recognized as the modern and right way to conduct business- treat people right and they will commit to your business and stay long term! I buy my phones through them, if I ever get to leave the country I’ll pay for the worldwide service, I may one day get the watch service, and I love they’re supported by Verizon. Thank you to Visible leadership- I’ve been able to help so many people just telling them about a phone service.

   I have had my phone now for going lil over two years now and I have had nothing but great things to say about Visible and I’ll start with I have no complaints and 5star review with 2+ years of service the best part also u pay no extra for hot spot unlimited hot spot and it don’t matter how much u use thats is un heard of from these other companies given u 30 gb they give u unlimited here and at low cost of 25 bucks tax’s fees included into the 25 dollars and they give u for every referral u get 20 bucks & 20 for your friend U do have to use it 1per month but u pay only 5 dollars and they pay 5 bucks and they also let u test start it for free no credit card only a email and eSim number & they give u 15 free days for nothing but have a clean phone thats free of any money owed to any other company but u can have 45 days for 5 dollars with a referral from someone u know or be the first of your friends to give out the referrals and u pay 5 dollars for that month and they pay 5 for there first month to me that’s great compared to all the big boys and still be better than all of them so hands down best wireless service awesome customer service one of the lowest prices if not the lowest price and I’m a certified legit customer for over two years and this is a real review thanks for reading and I was happy to share no one paid me to write this or even asked me to I did it willingly thanks goodbye
