   Bibibop has great food, the rewards are really solid, but the app is pretty bad. It isn’t the most user friendly. Looking at your current order isn’t possible once it’s placed and you leave the initial order screen. You can’t cancel the order once it’s been placed and leave that initial screen. The recent orders aren’t in chronological order. It may seem stupid and inconsequential, but keep in mind the minute details are a big part in defining an app, other companies have whole teams dedicated to stuff like this, like what the buffering circle looks like, the scroll feature, button design, etc. I’m not saying the app needs all that, but addressing small items like this make the usability of the app much more appealing.

   As a devoted patron of BIBIBOP, I can confidently attest to the exceptional quality of both their food and service. Beyond the fresh and delicious fare, what truly sets BIBIBOP apart is their emphasis on people. During my recent visit to the Keystone location, I was warmly greeted by the new Store Manager whose engaging and enthusiastic demeanor left a lasting impression. The dedication of the staff at BIBIBOP, exemplified by the outstanding leadership at the Keystone branch, reflects a commitment to excellence that extends far beyond the kitchen. It’s evident that BIBIBOP prioritizes not only fresh ingredients but also top-tier talent, resulting in an unparalleled dining experience. I am grateful for the consistently high standards upheld by BIBIBOP and commend their focus on both quality food and exceptional service. My loyalty to BIBIBOP is unwavering, and I eagerly anticipate many more visits to come. Hats off to the entire team for their dedication and passion!

   To start, BIBIBOP hits. The app years ago was solid, it did the job. I hadn’t gone for years, then, I went like 10 times in 2 months. I decided to order through the app one day. Not certain if I had an account, it asked for my phone number to what I assume was to create a new account. It said the phone number was already in use. That is fine, and I somewhat expected that. What I don’t expect was that I could go no further. There was no button to go back. So, I close the app and open it back up. Same thing, phone number being requested and there is no way out. I shut off my phone, same thing, requesting my phone number and no way to go back. I left it at that. 2 months later, I try again. That is today. I delete the app, redownload the app, instead of creating new I try to sign in to my previous account. Somehow, I sign in on the first try. Then, I go to order. While trying to order the page refreshes constantly, sending you back to menu page. Looking for a drink? You have about .5 seconds to select it before the page takes you back to the top. After troubleshooting, I turn off WiFi and only use cellular. This for some reason worked. After about 20 minutes I was finally able to order. So next time, I have to remember, shut off my WiFi.

4. 1/5Do NOT Order On The App

   My order was switched from Delivery to Pick Up after I filled out, and confirmed the delivery information, instructions and delivery tip. The first time this happened I thought I did something wrong. This time I triple checked and saw the confirmation for delivery. When I called to explain what happened what happened they weren't able to do anything. So I went and picked it up. My drinks were not ready and and there were no utensils in my bag. They were busy so I had to wait. Waiting wouldn't be a big deal, except I am an hourly worker. I had to clock out to pick this up. So I lost money on this because I am not able to make up time at work today. I ended up just leaving without utensils. I almost order from somewhere else but had decided on Bibibop because it was cheaper. It was not cheaper. My cost (including time lost at work and delivery tip) was at least $40. There food is great. I love that they are completely gluten free. Do not order delivery from there app unless you are okay with having it pick it up.

5. 3/5Still needs work

   Ever since the new rewards rollout there’s been some issues with the app. First thing I noticed was the issue with the barcode, there was two different barcodes so it would not scan, but this has since been resolved. However, every time I go onto the app it signs me out and I have to log back in. Also, every single time I order pickup I have to reenter my card information, even though I have it saved onto the app. It declines the card and I don’t understand why. It would be simpler if Apple Pay could be implemented, and if app users could add their barcodes to their apple wallets for easier access.
