   This is the most vile user experience I have ever encountered, the worst I have ever seen. It started with me trying to buy a ticket on their website, but they wouldn't let me buy tickets until I created an account with them. Okay, I made an account, went in, and they don't even have Apple or Google Pay, which is a company that sells tickets. How is that even possible in our time? Alright, I bought it through PayPal, and then a window in their colors pops up that looks like a purchase confirmation with a confirm button, but in reality, it's a Sirius XM promo to register for a free month. This is just the depth of marketing, who do you think people are? And I forgot to say that I saw a banner that they are partners with American Express, which is practically not accepted anywhere, lol. Next, that's not all, I received an email, but there were no tickets in it, it was said that you need to install the app from the App Store and the ticket will be available in it. Of course, this app wanted to know my location and track my activity in other applications, etc. I logged into it using my account that I created at the beginning, I think now there will be tickets, but it was not there, it forced me to confirm the account through email verification, I confirmed, but after that immediately a new level of pain, they now wanted my phone for confirmation and only after that they allowed me to my tickets and even allowed me to add them to my apple wallet. After this review, of course, I will delete this wonderful application, I hope never to come across this company again. Thank you for your attention.

2. 1/5Tickets Disappeared and No help

   so i bought tickets for the playboi carti antagonist tour. i’ll admit the way i purchased them was not the best as i bought them through a scalping website and was over charged a lot. however, i did get the tickets and they sat in my account for months. this event sadly was postponed multiple times from october to february, then was postponed without a date till further notice. today i logged back into my account to see my tickets and if there had been an update on the concert date. i log back in and look for my tickets but find nothing. i try logging out and logging back in and reload the page multiple times but still, nothing. on top of that, my order history was completely blank. i then go to start a chat with a representative to get help with the problem. i tell them my problem and ask to get my tickets back in my account. they then proceed to say that i need to contact the website that i used to purchase my tickets and also state i should contact the bank that i used to purchase these tickets as well. i don’t understand why i would need to contact the website or bank that i purchased these tickets through if the tickets were successfully delivered to my account in the first place. i've just come to the conclusion that this app scams people. please take my advice and the advice of many others and don’t purchase tickets through here. use ticketmaster or some other reliable source.

   I have to complain about my experience yesterday. I got 3 VIP tickets for Yugyeom and the app never said what time the meet and greet starts or when we can get pictures taken. The app just said that doors open at 7pm. I arrived at 6pm and stood in line until 6:30. I showed them my vip ticket and they never gave me the VIP laminated sign. When we got there they said the vip session ended and never give us any vip gifts that we were supposed to get. The employees attitude was super rude as well! When we asked the staff, nobody cared about us, they just told us to find someone else. In addition I never received any email telling me what time the vip event began so we missed the chance to take photos with him. This is very important to me because I’ve liked this artist for 8 years and he’s about to join the military. I don’t even know when’s the next time he’s going to have another concert. I am super sad and angry that I didn’t get a chance to take pictures with him. It’s my first time using this app to buy tickets and the experience is so terrible I will never use it again. I don’t think it’s fair for us to pay for the VIP tickets when we never got any of the vip benefits. I would like a refund for the price difference between the vip and GA tickets. I’m not asking for an entire refund, just a refund for the price difference. This is ridiculous, please respond to me as soon as possible.

4. 1/5Error of my payment

   I bought a gift card and loaded up for the total of my tickets in the pass. I never had any problems and it was a easy payment. However, the same type of card I usually use isn’t going through at check out. A error of the payment isn’t going through. So I thought the amount I put in wasn’t loaded in to the card but I called to check the balance it’s at the amount I put in not touch. I thought it was the name for the card and I tried multiple ones for the same card, still nothing. I even contacted guest services for the card and they said if you Mark the card for all payment it should be fine. I done what guest service suggested because those small details I must of overlooked. It still wasn’t going through, I’m getting frustrated because I don’t know why it isn’t accepted my payment. Then it later said if I want to pay extra to protect my ticket but I keep saying no to it. If I would have known of the ticket safety before purchasing my ticket it would gone through? I further did some searching and what I gathered was the only way to get my tickets if I don’t have a debit or credit card is a e-gift card? Whoever is running the app please consider having gift cards back as a option like it was before to buy tickets.

5. 1/5Probably the most expensive of all the ticketing apps

   This app consistently seems to have the most expensive tickets, compared to 6 other ticket apps i use. Out of about 40 ticket purchases, i have only used AXS 2 times, and 1 of those was only because ticket sales for that specific event were limited or not available on the other apps. Im starting to not even bother checking this app anymore because I know it’ll more than likely be more pricey than the others. Then there’s the problem with the app signing me out constantly and the other problem with it thinking im a bot. It seems to sign me out every 5 days or so for no reason. And every time i select an event, it always pulls up the ‘Ensuring a fair fan experience’ human verification page. Every. Time. I get that you want to combat bots but this annoys me to no end because of how often this pops up. I don’t know if the higher ticket prices are because of the fees AXS charges, or because resellers and scalpers are just more greedy on here, or because the bots are running rampant even though the human verification page literally thinks every human is a bot and tries to block them all, but AXS is, more often than not, not my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, OR even sixth choice when purchasing tickets.
