  1. 5/5Surgery

Never a great day to have surgery but last Wednesday I had prolapse surgery. I’ve had many surgeries over the years but this one just had me very anxious, to say the least. Very stressed! But from the time I was taken back to be prepared I felt so much better. Emily was the best! I felt in good hands throughout the entire procedure. The staff was incredible! I highly recommend Dr. Chesney for any of your GYN procedures. Couldn’t have been in better hands.

  2. 1/5Totally Useless

This is the worst app I’ve ever encountered. A week or two ago, I spent more than two hours trying to schedule an appointment with a Doctor. It would give me available time slots and then I’d go to book it and it would say that they were holding the appointment time, and then they would say that there was an error and that time was no longer available and I’d have to pick another time, only to give me the same availability for time slots as before. I tried this for a dozen Doctors before it finally gave me an appointment. Then I got a call the next day saying that the Doctor I selected doesn’t treat the condition I selected in the app and they had to schedule me an appointment with someone else. Now they updated the app, and it doesn’t work at all! You try to login and it just gives you a “Something Went Wrong” error message and “Please login again to resolve this issue.” Please login again to resolve the issue of your app not being able to log me in the first time?! Okay… Try it and it just does it again and again. The worst app development I’ve ever seen, and this is coming from someone who is an app developer consultant who tells app developers what they are doing wrong for a living. I see some of the worst developed apps in the world, and this one takes the cake as the worst I’ve ever experienced. Your CIO and head of mobile strategy and development should be terminated immediately for allowing a totally inoperable app to be in release and in the wild for weeks on end without repair. Absolutely unacceptable on every account.

  3. 1/5Unusable

I regularly have issues accessing my children’s linked files. The billing function worked for a while, but now it shows my account isn’t linked. Even after putting in an account or billing number, it says to try again later. After reviewing FAQ’s and contacting the help number listed, I was told that representative could not do anything to help with billing, even after explaining I just wanted the bills to populate in the app. The app always redirects me to login to the old billing portal. I haven’t been able to message my care team, even by going to the doctor’s profile and selecting “message” directly. When I go to write the message, the doctor’s name disappears and when I try to select who to send the message to no doctor’s appear in my “care team”. If I go to the tab to look at my care team, they are listed there. If I have to go to a separate billing sight and have to call to communicate with my doctor or access my children’s health records, what is the point of this all-in-one app? I’ve submitted feedback in the app multiple times and have never been contacted.

  4. 1/5Do not like for multiple reasons

First of all, this app requires you to download a copy of your ID (remember your signature is on it and can be copied) which I find offensive and insecure. Secondly, not all patients can use this app to see their medical information because they haven’t switched over yet (Illinois). Thirdly, they didn’t inform patients using the Ascension Rx app for prescription refills that that app could no longer be used and only the Ascension One app could be used for prescription refills. The Ascension Rx app is still available in the App Store as of August 11, 2025. You should remove it if it’s no longer usable. And maybe put a message on the old app letting patients know about the change instead of frustrating them.

  5. 1/5Requires Drivers Lic

I’m required to use this app to view EOBs for my health insurance. I already have several apps related to managing this so I’m already annoyed. Upon logging in it requests my address, cell phone number (which they already had since they texted to verify my sign in), and a photo of my drivers license. If you don’t provide your DL you can’t access your insurance information at all. I already linked my verified insurance account and can’t see and legal reason to provide my DL. In this day where data is hacked constantly, I’m not comfortable giving anyone more information than is absolutely required so I won’t be using this app. There’s not even an explanation of why this data is needed. No thank you.
