   I think this is a great place to get a good idea of prices and the different types of products and materials like the A frame with container expansion sets and the light steel frame and the basic foundations that can be used like sons tubes or gravel and platform decks to build on or incorporate into design..and really good to see pricing especially being grate and combing across on container ships and being able to get complete sets as finished as you want and the choice to build your self ( I’m a contractor so I’m build regular gods any way and I see these being the wave of future construction especially for price space time saved and amont of things or range of styles that can be incorporated… very cool looking forward to trying one with money from My refinance and seeing the amount you can bet for. 2. 1/5Extremely Frustrating No Product No Refund

   I ordered a phone and never received the merchandise. It has been over a month, and I still do not have the product or my refund. The seller repeatedly told me to apply for a refund, but every time I contact customer service or the assurance department, I am asked for the same information over and over again, especially the order number. I provide it, then I am asked again. Nothing gets resolved. The assurance department claims a refund was issued, but the refund has never hit my bank account. When I explain this, they continue sending me in circles instead of actually investigating where the money went. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, communication, and accountability. At this point, I have neither the phone nor my money. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing a refund for an item they never received. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless you are willing to risk losing both your product and your money. Very frustrating and stressful experience.

   I purchased some items from China and when that item got to their customs port, they told me they were not able to use the platform shipping process and so they wanted to go off platform to ship my items and then charge me $50 more. I said no, so the seller took their items back and never issued me a refund. This has been happening for three months and the platform will not let me ask for a refund until a certain date because that’s the deadline for me to receive the items that never got shipped. Every time I go online to to ask for a refund. I’m told that I have to wait until a received by deadline date or that I’m not eligible for a refund. No one will give me my money back. On top of that they won’t return taxes that you supposedly paid for a product that you never got. So if by chance I’m able to get a refund, I’m not gonna get my money paid for taxes on an item I never got. Don’t use this platform.

   I have photos, videos , so much evidence showing that my headlights I purchased aren’t working as described it’s been 3 weeks now dealing with this company 😂 I bought 2 other items and had no problems , even with the pictures and videos they don’t believe me , behind the screen I’m sure it’s just an AI assistant I don’t think they have actual people resolving these issues. 300$ fighting back n forth I asked the company for a pair in exchange again they said they weren’t going to do that , they told me to take it to a VW dealer and I’m not sure why when that product has nothing to do with VW it’s just plug n play headlights and certain bulbs don’t work, took the headlights off twice , reconnected them, still nothing they asked me for pictures of the connectors, pictures and videos of the headlights not working everytime i did they made another excuse for why they don’t work
