1. 5/5I Wish Upon a Wish.

   I love wish, and the way things are right now, so high, that you can’t afford nothing, He comes Wish with so many little happiness little wishes. Wish has so many things that you can afford, and shipping is the best around. Wish is just what a person needs at this time in life. Wish has so many pretty little things to look at and buy, that for a while you forget about all the problems of the world. It would take days to look at all the Wish gifts. Wish does everything they can to make sure you get your stuff and you get a notice of your whereabouts on your orders. The only problem I have is you always have that one gift that lingers behind, for few extra day. I have a problem with that. I don’t understand how stuff gets lost, it should be that if the seller don’t have it on hand they shouldn’t be able to advertise their gifts. I’m still waiting on my one little thing and I hope it comes, cause I rather have my order than a refund. I don’t like them refunds, I rather have my order. It’s very heartbreaking when, they send notice of refund to you. But I been ordering from Wish a long long time and one complaint out of 100 good things, that complaint small to the wonderful things I got from Wish. Happiness goes a long long ways.    Let me start by saying I absolutely, positively love this app and it’s sister app Geek! I have 3 kids, one 12yr old girl, one 14yr old girl, and one 15yr old boy. They constantly want things...duh they’re kids. Wish and Geek give me the ability to get more bang for my buck! I have the kids send me pictures of the things they want, then I go on Wish or Geek and find the items and look through the photos, reviews and comments. Sometimes it takes a few searches to find the identical item with a good rating but I save so much money! For instance my oldest daughter wanted dangle cherry earrings and we saw them in, (changing name to save face) Tot Hopic, for 7x what I paid on Wish!! Retail stores mark up jewelry 70% and clothing 40-60%. You end up paying 500% more than what it costs to produce the item. Yes, I have to wait a little while to get the items I ordered from Wish and Geek but I’d much rather pay for the value of the item rather than make retailers any more wealthy than they already are. If I’m ordering for a birthday or holiday I just make sure I order a few weeks to a month in advance. So what I have to wait, it’s so worth it. The only thing I always suggest is to make sure you look at the pictures, especially the ones posted by people who have purchased the item. Sometimes with clothing especially the items that the purchaser has received can be a bad “knock off” version but since I started looking at the photos before confirming my order, I haven’t gotten an item I haven’t loved! All in all Wish and Geek are the best shopping apps ever!!!

   I rated this 5 stars so they wouldn’t try to hide it. So I recently have been on wish for about a month and it was great at first but now it’s totally a lazy system. I ordered an item last week and paid extra for it to get delivered early but, my item says it’s still pending and it’s way past the date it was suppose to get here. So wish is a total waste of time and they have a bunch of false advertisement. Last month I saw a tv with lights in the back so I ordered it and when I got it it was just the lights and they were busted up lights that lasted a week!!!. So what I’m trying to say is don’t get caught up in what you see bc it will be just some waste of money I’m still waiting on my order I tried contacting customer support but it only gives you three options that are way different then the problem you have!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 oh yeah when you try to get a refund bc there is a 30 day refund thing so when you try to get a refund they just answer you after 39 days passed just to tell you sorry it past refundable dates. Don’t trust this app it has stuff that makes you think oh that’s cool let me buy that then it just a waste of your money I have been waiting for 30 days and I still haven’t got my crap. All they say is that there is a delay in shipment and then they extend the date for example I bought my item August 24 and they said it will be her September 8th I’m still waiting they extended the date to October 25 and they have been doing that for almost 2 months already!!!!

   I found out about this about two days ago and I was excited to purchase a bunch of merchandise from the app and I began to shop and I loved a lot of the things they had for sale and I found myself spending a lot of money and the next thing you know my card was frozen and I was having a payment problems so I emailed wish and told them my issue & right away they got back to me. But instead of correcting the problem which was my payment issue they refunded all the items I purchased i had in my cart when I only wanted to buy more merchandise it was nice of them to refund me the money right away because you really never see that but that’s not what I wanted I wanted to shop more & now I’m still having issues with purchasing merchandise from their website I’m trying to shop for Christmas for my family and now I am locked out totally I don’t know what’s going on but I’m trying to get this thing right and get back on the app and shop for more stuff. I’m totally frustrated right now because a lot of the items for coming before Christmas and now I have to start all over find out what the issue is. Once I find out it’ll probably be too late & all the merchandise that I wanted will come after Christmas. I called my credit card company and they fixed the problem and I can use my credit card anywhere else but this app but I am still locked out of the Wish app & CANNOT order anything now and I have no idea why. I’m totally bombed because I was gonna do most of my shopping from this app :(

   This is an awesome app! Since were in Quarantine, this Online App Store is amazing! I love that the items/products are helpful and great! And your guy’s products are really low prices, about that...we know your trying to make our lives better with low prices but in a way it’s not helping, like some people delete the app right away cause the prices are so low that they think you might scam them or might be bad products, but to be honest, it’s fine, just what some people do. But 2 things that have been annoying me is that there are bots I think, it’s a good thing that there are so many comments and reviews that say that the products are great but I never see any negative one which is making me think that their all bots. It’s definitely not your guy’s fault because it’s the bots not you guys but it has been very weird and also really unbelievable. 2nd thing is that it has come to the point...I think you guys scam sometimes, I have seen many videos that your guy’s products sometimes have been scams. It would be even better if you make the prices more up and sell the REAL working products instead of scamming. And remember, it’s not my fault if I listed any wrong things that I said you guys did. It’s not me, the Media could be lying to me. But to me, I don’t think they really scam. If you get the app and see for yourself, It’s not bad!! I overall literally is falling in love with this app! LOVE IT! 💙💙💙💙💙💙
