1. 5/5Came here for Squishy’s, but I’ve found so much more!!!

   Banggood is a name I started hearing about a year ago from my daughter when the Squishy craze was taking effect with YouTubers across the World. I was told that Banggood was the place that had the best squishy‘s for the best prices. It wasn’t until my daughter convinced me to purchase her, her first Squishy in the mall for $18 that I realized I had to find these for a better price than this. When I downloaded, and looked on their app for squishy’s I was amazed at how cheap these exact same squishy’s were that I was seeing in stores and even online other places for double, and even triple the price they are at Banggood. Once I started purchasing stuff from this App I couldn’t believe how simple it was to use. After you make a purchase your able to easily look at your purchase history, and shipped items. Once your items ship their tracking makes is simple to see purchases while in transit, and all the way to your door. They have incredible deals every time I come on here. You might find something one day for $5, and the next day find it for half the price. For every dollar you spend on this App you’ll receive coupons and other incentives towards future purchases. I will never purchase another overpriced Squishy at the mall when I can purchase an even better quality and much larger sized Squishy for considerably less money at Banggood. I’ve purchased necklaces and other items as well, and every time I expect some cheaply made item(s) because the prices are just too low, but so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Give it a try and see what you think rather than taking my word for it!!

   Update2: My clothes just arrives. Love! The quality is extremely good. Will admit, was not sure what to expect. Also, they had a nice tracking system so I could monitor where the package was. Am already placing another order. Update: shortly after I posted the below, received all of the reset password emails. Was able to login and check tracking. Thank you to whomever read the review and respond very quickly as within the hour. Now that's customer service! - Problem resolved (see update above): Well, I was looking forward to using the app due to the very solid reviews. I downloaded and placed an order. After logging out of the app, forgot password so attempted to do a password reset. It does not work - never receive the reset email (multiple attempts on different days) not even in spam. Worse, all of the help options require you to log in except for the Live Chat. But, the Live Chat is not that - it is another reset that never sends you the reset email. So order is placed, money paid, Banggood said they shipped but cannot track because no longer able to log in and no one is available help. ......

3. 1/5They choose to totally ignore me

   I was super excited when I found banggood, however my experience has left me hating this site. I ordered a eachine wizard x220 from them along with some other general fpv equipment, it all came early to my surprise. But I discovered a faulty speed controller on the quadcopter, so I quickly tired to contact customer support. I tired by phone first, followed by email then their live chat which I would like to say is a waste of your time. After waiting hours in the queue for the live chat I final got through to their “customer service agent” he seemed rather nice and quick to respond, and honestly gave me hope for the problem I had found. He wanted me to send him a video of the defective item so I did, and he then created a ticket? Which would then be given to the banggood tech team to further process the issue. I was instructed that they should respond in 24 hours with a solution to the issue. The next day they actually sent me a email only to tell me they need 48 hours to further contemplate. I responded saying it was no problem and I hope we could find a solution. Two days go by not a big deal, but then 4 days go by, so I get a little nervous. I tried emailing, calling, and again the live chat, nothing they are now totally ignoring me. So I left a bad review on the wizard and they took it down and I can’t even review the item now..... so banggood if you read this answer the god dam phone or email your customers back if you wanna keep them because you lost me

   Great site for the same products bought w/ company Names and Logos. Purchased pre-released products can be hit or miss on shipping on time, but “in stock” items you will be ok. Every order has shipped in 24 hrs, there are always deals, flash sales, and opportunities to get coupons for departments or sales total; and they stack. Shipping insurance is cheap, for that added piece of mind and most items can be shipped w/ faster arrival for about 20usd. Regular shipping is about 3.50usd w/ insurance. I had a order processed and getting ready to ship, but I found a better one. Quick navigation through the sites well laid out identifiers, to cancel the order. In the que for 3min when I was 7th and 5 minutes later with friendly service I was refunded to PayPal. They say up to 3 business days; it took 2 hours. Look around. Find something that fancies you, read the reviews and q&a section. You still are not sure, but I say checkout. Out of China it takes 15 days or so but to buy the exact same DSLR Lens w/o the “Canon” labeling you save 50-70usd on a 50mm f1.8 1st or 2nd Gen., I’ll pay less and wait any day. They have returns and carry good products. Enjoy, and if you buy something every day, in no time you’ll be getting items everyday. LOL. Time to go save some money. BTW, all items are sterilized before shipment, and I don’t believe “it” is going to survive a 2 week trip. Also, excellent tracking, know right where your package is with their top notch logistics. 5. 5/5If they mess up they make it right

   I’ve bought a few things from banggood and I gotta say my first purchase wasn’t pleasant ( at first) I never got it for some reason it got shipped to America then rerouted back to the warehouse in China when I caught this through tracking I contacted them they quickly confirmed I was correct and immediately offered me a complete refund or the option to allow them to ship the item again I said go ahead ahead and ship it again and it arrived in good working order. After several more orders without a problem I ordered a item that was faulty I connected banggood and once again they quickly reshipped me a replacement. So my verdict is nothing is perfect sometimes the shipping is slow ( look in the regional warehouses first ) and things sometimes go wrong but if you contact them they will work with to make it right . Definitely will order from banggood again
