   I just adopted a 2yr old kitty who had a pretty tough time adjusting to my apartment. For the first 72hrs he didn’t eat, drink, or defecate. When he finally had a bowel movement there was some blood and I was very concerned. I was about to pack him up and rush him to the vet, but my friend told me about Airvet and I figured I would give it a try first! So thankful that I did. I was connected with a vet immediately who eased my concerns and told me that an emergency vet visit wasn’t necessary and to allow him some time to adjust and keep an eye on things... sure enough a couple days later the blood was gone! He’s happy and healthy. I am so happy that I didn’t further traumatize him with another car ride and vet visit, and was able to let him fully relax and acclimate. I loved that I was able to text with the vet for 72hrs as she answered so many of my new kitty owner questions! Overall such a wonderful experience. I would pay $30 any day just to get some professional help in terms of a decision on whether or not a vet visit is necessary. Get this app!

2. 5/5ONLY tele-vet app that works!!

   Our dog was injured while camping and no nearby vets or emergency facilities could accept new patients. We just needed someone to let us know if it was big enough emergency to drive 40 minutes and wait 3 hours at a clinic or if we could wait until morning to take him to our primary vet. After downloading 4 other apps that all either crashed or took 15 minutes to try to navigate and ultimately left me so frustrated!!! I found this option. Set up was super clear as easy, took a couple minutes and we were talking live with a vet within 5 minutes!!! She was super compassionate to our concern and set our minds at ease that the injury was minor and could certainly wait and have us instructions to wrap the injury and keep clean using our first aid kit. She was totally right and by the end of the night the injury was already much better and our dog was happy as could be. For pure convenience and ease of use during a critical time, this is a GREAT APP!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I have never wrote a review for any app over in the last 15 years, but the incredible quality and support of these doctors have compelled me to write this. Let me start by that every doctor I’ve spoken was the one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I’ve ever interacted with. The quality of this service is unmatched. Every video call request is answered immediately and the doctor on the other line is eager and willing to help with any question you may have. They stay on the line with you for as long as you need and I never ever felt rushed. I honestly don’t know where they find these people. The ability to connect with a medical expert from the comfort of your mobile device is amazing. It is an incredible supplement to your dogs health care. It has helped me make so many important decisions about my pet at a fraction of the cost and time. I cannot recommend this service enough. I will be a life time user.

   My dog had diarrhea for a few days and that had never happened before, one day maybe, but no more than that. I was getting worried but she seemed totally fine and happy otherwise. The vet was closed that day so my only option was the ER. Google is the worst place to go when you’re already anxious about your pet’s health, so I downloaded Airvet for some peace of mind. I ended up chatting with a vet over 2 days, they told me it didn’t seem urgent based on what I described and showed them in pictures. We tried a bland diet for 2 days and when that didn’t help, they helped morally support me through making a vet appt and even checked up on me to see how we were doing. Just having a friendly voice and knowledgeable advice during the stressful time was worth the money! This saved me an unnecessary trip to the ER and gave me peace of mind knowing it was something to wait and watch vs get worked up about. I highly recommend!!!!

5. 5/5So blessed to have this service

   Our baby girl was diagnosed with cancer a few months back, and while we worked with the oncologist and her primary care doctor, we constantly used airvet to ask questions and address her symptoms when we were in between appointments with her oncologist. Many late night calls, too. The vets I’ve spoken to, especially Dr. Cruzen and Dr. Pham, were so kind and so knowledgeable. The compassion I got from certain vets in particular really touched me. On the night that our beloved baby had to leave us, it was an airvet that I called and they said they were very concerned and we should take her to the ER. It turned out our precious little baby was in a critical state and suffering too much. I truly cannot emphasize enough how blessed I feel to have had airvet during this time, both because of the truly knowledgeable vets available but also because of the compassion they showed.
