Thanks for the great app! I like the feel of it, ability to trim songs, adjust speed, etc. I am quite impressed with the features! Thank you! I am also glad to now be able to bring in music from my monthly Apple Music subscription. However, the app won’t play into the next song on the playlist when an Apple Music song is over. It will play into the next song if the app/phone is open, but after I put my phone down, my phone screen closes in a short bit, the Apple Music song continues to play to the end, but then the music stops until I re-open my phone and app and start the next song manually. Do you have any tips or ideas to help with this issue? Thanks!

1/5Don’t like the newest update with Apple Music
I used to LOVE this app before the newest update. Since it became compatible with Apple Music Whenever I open this app, Apple iTunes( I don’t subscribe Apple Music) automatically open and starts playing music immediately, so I have to turn off whatever playin on iTunes before start playing the music on ZIN play. It’s very annoying. Also I used to be able to control ZIN play with Apple car play I had a choice to play music on iTunes or ZIN play so I can control ZIN play on the screen in my car. However, since this newest update, iTunes is the only music app I can control on my car screen.. ZIN play is my main music app using it everyday and newest update made me so frustrated!! Especially the things I could do it with old one can’t do it anymore and instead all the new features cause just only trouble for me and I am not going to use Apple Music because it’s not reliable, I don’t want to lose my ripped music!! They seriously need to work on solve these issues!!

2/5Needs work/ not reliable
I love the concept but, I have to give 2 stars because it’s just not where it needs to be right now for a variety of reasons. Most of which: The app crashed twice DURING my class. Also experiencing an issue where the app plays the song I select (such as the first song on the playlist) but then WILL NOT play the next song on the playlist unless I close the app and restart it: obviously not something I’m excited about doing while my class stares at me... There are many benefits such as access to ZIN and bonus choreo with music right in one place (no need to download). Plus you can import any song from your library and get creative with your playlist by adding fun sounds and programming 1 to 10 second breaks. The concept is GREAT, but if I can’t rely on it to work during my class it’s not worth a lot to me...

4/5Video Play-Back Issues
I love using the ZIN Play App and I’m so thankful for the continuous development that ZHO has done to improve it! One thing I would like to see is the ability to view/access the videos on an “offline” mode on our devices without downloading the videos to our computers, like we do for the songs. I request this because there are often play-back issues and the videos freeze and even closing the app/re-starting my phone doesn’t seem to always help. I hope this is a possibility in the future so we can continue to access all of the awesome content that is out there more efficiently! Thanks ZHO!

3/5The app decides when it wants to work
I have been using this app for years and it over all is great. But , when it's not ... it's not. Currently having an issue with my Apple Music being imported into the app. I've paid and downloaded these songs onto my phone(songs are unrestricted) and still can't access them. I've tried to speak to ZIN PLAY reps and am met with a never ending battle. If you use strictly ZIN music , the app is 100% worth it. But if you are using other resources of music I would recommend experimenting with what works best for you. Zumba is an amazing platform and as an instructor offers us so many resources. I just truly hope this gets worked out. I see others have the same issues.
