Since the only way to communicate with host is through the app, I now can’t send a message. You should be able to reply to email to respond to messages. And there should be support for login issues. In this situation I am using Sign in with Apple. So I don’t know if it is an Apple or withlocals problem, but effect is the same.",

Reached out to With Locals who promptly refunded my money (same as what credit card dispute would accomplish) and offers a voucher for a future booking. I have no plans to return to any city served by With Locals in the next couple years so the voucher is useless to me and I’m left with the added cost. The bottom line is their written confirmations mean nothing.",
