I booked a tour for my family at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City. Upon arrival, a mass was in progress, which prevented us from participating in the tour as scheduled. After the mass concluded, we attempted to proceed with the tour but were escorted out by security and informed that a private mass would immediately follow and that no tours would be permitted. We then spoke with the staff at the tour desk and explained the situation. The representative advised us that some third-party booking agencies do not coordinate with the cathedral’s schedule. She apologized for the experience and recommended that I request a refund. I did so promptly. However, after 10 days, four follow-up emails, and multiple phone calls—most of which were disconnected—I finally received a response stating that no refund would be issued because St. Patrick’s Cathedral is a working cathedral and that this was “part of the experience.” What I paid for is not what I received. While the mass was beautiful, attending mass is free and open to the public. I did not pay $75 for a religious service; I paid for a tour, which did not occur. I will be proceeding to file a fraud claim with my bank. Based on this experience, I strongly caution others when using this app, as the lack of coordination, communication, and refusal to issue a refund feels misleading and unprofessional. BEWARE!!

5/5Best travel itinerary app out there!
I’m planning a trip to London and Paris in a couple of weeks. After trying to use Trio Advisor, Yelp and Google Trips without full satisfaction, I stumbled upon this while doing a Google Search. Wow! This app and its website is incredible!!! You can use their itineraries or create your own from scratch, and it calculates the distance and time between points whether you walk or take transit. You can also add notes for each stop, which is super cool for noting special menu items, places to take the best photos, or whatever you want to remember about that place when you go. I am in love with this app! I really can’t believe it only has 7 ratings.

5/5Good and helpful for trip planning!
I love this site and I shared it to everyone I know that travels a lot and do not want to go on a tour. It is a good way to plan your day and to search for things to do. They give you the exact calculations of your hotels and the places to see when you are in a foreign country! Used it for 5 years now when we travel to Europe, Asia and everywhere else and it never fails..🤗 I highly recommend it and just remember that you can modify more by using your laptop/computer and have your itinerary email to you so you can open it with no WiFi. you can do it to your CP as well but you can not modify it as much..🤗

Wow just wow! So happy I found this app while reading up on a blog as I was planning my trip to Spain. We planned on spending our 9 days in between Madrid , Barcelona , Montserrat and Ibiza . This app is genius! It gave me options to choose from depending on what kind of day I would like ( top attractions, easy going or hectic ) . I chose with the top attractions because our trip was a short one in each city and wanted to make sure we saw the top attractions. The app allows you to choose your start time for each day, to enter times you would like to take rest breaks , it gives you the attractions basic info and attraction location hours ( it will even tell you if your itinerary has conflicting times where attractions may not be open) This app will then, plan your day and organize it in the order where it makes sense and it’s based on attractions that are close together in proximity. This app literally took off hours of planning and researching and did all of the work for me . To the developers : thank you. You guys are amazing ! I will recommend this app to any and everyone I know!

5/5What every self planner / frequent traveler needs
This app is amazing for someone who I would call a “drive by” traveler, who travels often and plans their own trip but doesn’t have time To do research and plan. It is a good starting point. Functionality that allows to add your hotel and restaurant Ana then recalculate the best route is fantastic .. the fact that it tells you which sightseeing places are open or closed on the day of your travle is priceless ..handy links to websites to buy tickets for those place is also amazing ... I’ve been thinking this up in my head for so long and when I found this up it was def a EUREKA moment for me.

Lost hours of time when a plan disappeared. Over several weeks we worked on a multi-day plan for a Copenhagen visit. When we got there it just disappeared. Customer support couldn't find it. Well, I don't find any value in such an app either.

          "body": "I booked a tour for my family at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City. Upon arrival, a mass was in progress, which prevented us from participating in the tour as scheduled. After the mass concluded, we attempted to proceed with the tour but were escorted out by security and informed that a private mass would immediately follow and that no tours would be permitted. We then spoke with the staff at the tour desk and explained the situation. The representative advised us that some third-party booking agencies do not coordinate with the cathedral’s schedule. She apologized for the experience and recommended that I request a refund. I did so promptly. However, after 10 days, four follow-up emails, and multiple phone calls—most of which were disconnected—I finally received a response stating that no refund would be issued because St. Patrick’s Cathedral is a working cathedral and that this was “part of the experience.” What I paid for is not what I received. While the mass was beautiful, attending mass is free and open to the public. I did not pay $75 for a religious service; I paid for a tour, which did not occur. I will be proceeding to file a fraud claim with my bank. Based on this experience, I strongly caution others when using this app, as the lack of coordination, communication, and refusal to issue a refund feels misleading and unprofessional. BEWARE!!",

          "body": "I’m planning a trip to London and Paris in a couple of weeks. After trying to use Trio Advisor, Yelp and Google Trips without full satisfaction, I stumbled upon this while doing a Google Search. Wow! This app and its website is incredible!!! You can use their itineraries or create your own from scratch, and it calculates the distance and time between points whether you walk or take transit. You can also add notes for each stop, which is super cool for noting special menu items, places to take the best photos, or whatever you want to remember about that place when you go. I am in love with this app! I really can’t believe it only has 7 ratings.",

          "body": "I love this site and I shared it to everyone I know that travels a lot and do not want to go on a tour. It is a good way to plan your day and to search for things to do. They give you the exact calculations of your hotels and the places to see when you are in a foreign country! Used it for 5 years now when we travel to Europe, Asia and everywhere else and it never fails..🤗 I highly recommend it and just remember that you can modify more by using your laptop/computer and have your itinerary email to you so you can open it with no WiFi. you can do it to your CP as well but you can not modify it as much..🤗",

          "body": "Wow just wow! So happy I found this app while reading up on a blog as I was planning my trip to Spain. We planned on spending our 9 days in between Madrid , Barcelona , Montserrat and Ibiza . This app is genius! It gave me options to choose from depending on what kind of day I would like ( top attractions, easy going or hectic ) . I chose with the top attractions because our trip was a short one in each city and wanted to make sure we saw the top attractions. The app allows you to choose your start time for each day, to enter times you would like to take rest breaks , it gives you the attractions basic info and attraction location hours ( it will even tell you if your itinerary has conflicting times where attractions may not be open) This app will then, plan your day and organize it in the order where it makes sense and it’s based on attractions that are close together in proximity. This app literally took off hours of planning and researching and did all of the work for me . To the developers : thank you. You guys are amazing ! I will recommend this app to any and everyone I know!",

It is a good starting point. Functionality that allows to add your hotel and restaurant Ana then recalculate the best route is fantastic .. the fact that it tells you which sightseeing places are open or closed on the day of your travle is priceless ..handy links to websites to buy tickets for those place is also amazing ... I’ve been thinking this up in my head for so long and when I found this up it was def a EUREKA moment for me.",
