1. 5/5Easy to use, very efficient

   Honestly when I first saw the ratings on this app, I was scared to download it because all I saw were complaints. But after I used it once, my experience was great. It was easy to upload the documents I needed to print urgently onto the cloud, and I LOVE the rocket printing option which makes the process so much faster. Just scanning the NFC tag automatically starts the printing process when I’m at a machine. I honestly think the reason why the ratings are so low is because people only tend to leave reviews when they encounter issues, whereas 80-90% of people that have a smooth experience don’t bother as the app is just functioning as promised. Nonetheless, do not get intimidated by the low rating, the UI of the app was very user friendly and the process is super efficient!

2. 1/5Terrible app

   Takes far too long to log in and access what you want to print making something that should be less than 5 minutes often take 10+ by virtue of having to navigate through several different obstacles. There’s a lot of other issues as well, use a student card it? It wont recognize it half the time. Want to sign in quickly using the express mode? It won’t work half the time. Downloaded a file and attempting to print it? Well it will show you you haven’t downloaded it. All the inconveniences and extra cost associated make this app useless for anyone who isn’t forced to use it. On top of that customer support is inadequate at best.

3. 4/5Had a great experience

   The printer at my last school was incredibly arduous, you had to type your entire school email and password on a crappy touch screen and it was painful. This app made it really easy! I took a star off for only allowing you to load $5 minimum, but otherwise the process was pretty seamless. just log in to your school, use apple pay or paypal to load, upload files and tap.

4. 1/5Not easy of convenient

   I had to use wepa print today and I was unable to print my document. I arrived at the on campus library 30 minutes before my class; that should be enough time to print my document, right? For some reason I could not find my document even though I had saved it multiple times in Google drive and in my iPhone “files”. After a frustrating 15 minutes, I received assistance from the library staff in my efforts to print but not even they could figure out what was wrong with the Wepa app. Mind you, they have used this app to print every document for the whole semester in the library so they are experts in navigating the app. So truly it was a “glitch” in the system and I was unable to print my document. Judging by the countless one star reviews I am not the only one who has had problems with this app and it’s something that should be taken more seriously. If I wasn’t able to go to my other professor and have him do me a solid and print the documents for me I would have gotten a zero on a project that I worked so hard on. That would’ve tanked my grade and I would have to retake the class. So the ramifications of this app not working is serious.

5. 1/5Terrible, don’t recommend.

   This is my first time writing a review for any product, but I felt like I had to after the horrible experiences I’ve had. First, the pricing like everyone else said is very expensive. Second of all, I attempted to print out my Google slides, but despite adjusting the landscape setting, the pages always came flipped on the short side making the pages unusable. I checked all the settings but found no option to change this. Why this is the default unchangeable option is beyond me, since this format is incompatible with stapling pages together or creating mini booklets, and is generally inconvenient to read when trying to keep your pages in an organized format. (Unless you’re stapling from the top, but personally I find that pretty cursed). Please add a setting to change this!
