   I have tried so hard to put my new address with informed delivery through online app I don't have time to visit walk-in postal office service won't seriously helping me by checking theirs computer they have it in theirs window desk they never checked I wasted my time to write it down the new address mover card after I waited for 2 weeks or 30 days they'd said it never came to my New address only I can't believe they'd trusted wrong strangers without knowing my real ID card proof of my real face I can't stand outsider strangers bullying my personal mail it never came to my new address that's wrong to supporting high crimes are still playing thief that's not how it works none of the mailer delivery or employees staff never cares about my safety come first they they have ignored my issues have been through Domestic violence and neighborhood invaders from old home stealing my old mail from former roommate abuse me to target me and bullying me for not caring about my safety that's discrimination about my safety issues been through Domestic violence because sometimes old neighborhood still playing junkies causing me more problem damage my personal life USPS supposed to have common sense that I have every rights to change my NEW address to give me back all my mail before they started want to keep playing junkies more crimes problem please solve that problem with that online and App I'm not playing no games you allowed all high crimes and junkies to keep on getting away with it and not helping healthy people for safety like me I have been through hit by a car passed 4 years ago do not forget the "biggest Consequences" I'm not joking 😭😢

2. 1/5Terrible and useless app!

   This app just opens the USPS website within the app, users are better off just going directly to the USPS website through their preferred browser. I don’t know why anyone would bother using this app, and frankly to me this app is a waste of time and resources! An app should access the various functions directly through their own systems, not via a webpage! The USPS informed delivery dashboard has overlapping elements which prevent you from seeing what it’s supposed to show you, the webpage does that so I got the app hoping that’d work right but of course it doesn’t because it’s literally the exact same thing since the app ONLY opens a browser window and takes you to the USPS website. I tried other functions and it seems like all of them just use the webpage, I didn’t try tracking anything nor calculating shipping though so I can’t speak to those functions. I’m certain the Postal Service has plenty of great programmers and systems engineers, and USPS is very profitable, so I can only conclude some outside force has tied their hands resulting in this terrible app, much like how other aspects of the vital (and historically excellent) Postal Service have been deliberately hamstrung. If outside financial and political interests got out of the way I’m certain this app would be great (as would USPS services in general, like they used to be since the very beginning of our nation).

3. 1/5Terrible/hate it

   This app is always under maintenance every month you can never see the changes that they made I always have a issue with not getting my mail when I look at the app to see what mail is coming the postal workers always seem to put other people mail in my mailbox when my name is on the mailbox but I can’t get my mail they deliver when they want to or don’t deliver my mail at all they will even lie when it comes to my packages and say they couldn’t deliver it because they didn’t have access when there is nothing on the porch to prevent them from leaving it it’s frustrating when iam waiting for something to come in the mail and I never receive it I have been to the post office on multiple occasions complaining to the supervisor but nothing ever gets done the postal workers will also stuff my box with a lot of junk mail and put other mail overtop of the mailboxes because they’re too lazy to put the mail where it goes nobody should have to sort through the mail to find their mail I don’t get paid for that that’s their job this app is down for maintenance almost every week and it gets worse iam really considering deleting this app for good and just check my mail when I can also you no longer can see the mail you’re getting the next day the evening before they took that away why now when you don’t receive your mail it’s no way to check the box so they can bring the mail back to you iam constantly frustrated and I hate this app will be deleting this app because it’s pointless to have it to see your mail and never receive it

4. 1/5TOTAL DISGRACE!

   In the App Store, the USPS app is advertised with screenshots that do not match what you actually get after downloading it. For example, where is “My USPS”? If that feature existed, I would have already used the app to submit my renewal fee because your website has been broken for years. Your website is an absolute disaster. I have never been able to submit my renewal fees online. Every time I reach the payment page, the fields for entering payment information are completely dead — you can’t type anything in them. That’s where the entire process collapses, year after year. Calling customer service is just as bad. I get transferred around in circles only to hear useless excuses. Calling the post office doesn’t help either, the staff never has an answer, promises to “look into it,” and then never calls back. It’s clear that much of this failure comes from incompetent personnel. Many employees appear to have been hired to meet DEI quotas rather than on merit, and it shows. The result is poor service, broken systems, and endless frustration for customers. If employees cannot do their jobs effectively, replace them with people who actually care and are qualified. The current setup is failing the public completely. Fire the DEI hires!

5. 1/5Not accurate!!

   The folks at the post office were very rude upon me telling them the app showed I had mail!! The clerk told me the app was not accurate and was not helpful at all!! This is a time of hardship and struggle for mostly all right now! They assume everyone coming in to the offices are looking for a government check or handouts! I own property and was getting work done in my basement so I wasn’t at the residence at the time I had to stay with family until it was done. I went to check my mail every few days as usual but for some reason the mail carrier in my area was able to determine since I’m not there every day I shouldn’t receive my mail. Hadn’t been receiving mail for 3 months and didn’t know it and was checking my mail every other day!! When I got the app I discovered I was getting mail but not at my home. Got to the post office and was told the app is not accurate and to fill out a change of residence because they returned all my mail to sender bills and all, obviously if I’m getting bills that are on in a house I own I live there?!?! Instead of telling me I can have them hold my mail to make everything simple he continued to tell me my only option was to have a change of address even tho I told him I still lived at the residence I just was getting pipes fixed and couldn’t be there with no running water. Yes of course this office was at diplomat Fort Wayne IN. In a minority neighborhood where they look down their noses at everyone who comes in and treat everyone like poor folk!!
