   I have read the email about how long it took for the customer to receive his order. I wish to explain, I will never order another product from a company that takes 4 1/2 months to deliver a product I already paid for. I have paid 4 1/2 months of interest on this transaction. Never happen again. You people need to get it together or more people are gonna start boycotting your store. Shipping is not that hard world wide, you are just trying to save ever penny and it is going to being down your company. sending the cheapest way is Ok. But why do other companies deliver in a couple of weeks while you take 4 1/2 months. ????? Even with customs you should get a product within a month. Not happening again.! Ernest Flatt

2. 1/5Careful with trial - very deceptive signup

   I am extremely technical and download and subscribe to many apps. This app opens with a trial screen and forces a trial to use the app. Ok, so I notice a ridiculous monthly estimate after a free trial so I click on the option to see other options. They show a yearly option as well but see the free trial doesn’t allow you to automatically choose that once the trial is over. Only the inflated monthly amount. Therefore I backup to the original screen and choose the monthly subscription. The app then bypasses the 3 day trial and immediately charges for the first month. I’ve never encountered this before and have used many free trials. Under no circumstances should the developer allow a freshly installed new login user without a subscription to bypass the free trial. It’s either an error by the developer or a deception. Be careful, I have filed for a refund with Apple and we will see.

3. 5/5BEST TRACKING APP ☝️

   there’s ads but other than that, it’s a really really good tracking app I love it a lot it allows you to see where ur packages are and you don’t have to worry about when its gonna come or where it’s gonna be at. ( For my impatient people) it came in handy a few times I just started using it and I love it already you should definitely download it. (EDIT) I don’t like it anymore I used for like a 6 months maybe longer. It used to be so much better I was actually able to see where my package was coming from now I can’t, really doesn’t give you updates anymore , when tracking all it says “in transit” for how ever many days your package has been in transit. Very disappointing to see this app go down hard. I dunno if it’s just lagged or if it’s because I didn’t buy the premium I dunno.

4. 1/5App can't track the package it advertised itself on

   So I'm tracking a package on universal parcel tracker, and there's an ad for this app. The ad showed a map with a little package on it so I'm like "wow, they're advertising real-time package tracking? Sign me up!!" I got a subscription, and when I put in the tracking number, the app couldn't find it. It said it didn't recognize the tracking number or the carrier. It asked me to manually search a carrier, so I searched the exact carrier, and the app doesn't have them registered so I can't even track the package. Why are you advertising package tracking on tracking pages with carriers you can't even track? That's false advertising, you're telling me you can track this package on the ad, but you can't. Not only that, what's even the point of the app anyway? Just use the tracking service for whatever carrier is shipping your package... it makes no sense. And if the carrier doesn't offer tracking, then this app won’t be able to track the package either. It's all around a completely pointless and redundant app... actually no, it's not even redundant because they actually CAN'T track the packages I could just track with universal package tracking (it's a website you can just put any tracking number into, and they clearly track more carriers than this app and it's free so why not just use that???). Horrible waste of time and money, please don’t pay for this, there is literally no point and you can do the exact same thing and more with free websites.

5. 1/5Deceptive and dishonest

   This software starts from exposure on a webpage when searching for tracking information. It claims to have got access to tracking information and then says to download the software to get more than just a line read out of your package has shipped. Upon downloading this app, it will appear that it’s going to search for a tracking number, then it will tell you that it has found it and can track it all the way to your door. From here, it says to get access to that information you need to sign up for their free trial. Once signed up, I then find that not only does it not have any actual information on my tracking number, it doesn’t even have access to the logistics company that the tracking number belongs to. This has always been one big boy to collect information and hopefully get people snagged on paying a reoccurring subscription fee that is absurdly priced in the first place. It’s my experience that any company with deceptive and manipulative as well as dishonest marketing practices like these generally doesn’t provide much of a service and is really just in it for the free Cash people will Spare yourself, this app is junk. It doesn’t do anything, except for serve as a gateway to funnel your money to them for nothing in exchange. You’ve been warned.
