"body": "I just want to check the bus timetable. Why do I have to watch a 30 second video that I can’t even skip? Isn’t the point of this app informing already paying customers? They have little ads here and there and as long as they don’t prevent me from checking the timetable I’m even OK with that. But these new entire page ads are completely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if only I could. You are better than this TPG.",

"body": "Have used for years. Now every time I try to use the option to plan my route, all I get is a yellow banner “No itinerary found”. I’m in the middle of Geneva. This has never happened before. Cleared history, reinstalled the app, deleted cache. Inserted only transport stops instead of addresses, allowed location services. Nothing has worked. Completely useless to me now.",
