New: plan routes in the app SwitzerlandMobility Plus users can plan and edit tours in the app itself.

NEW SINCE MARCH 2024: PLANNING IN THE APP Tours can now be planned and edited directly in the app. The new feature requires an account with SwitzerlandMobility Plus.

NEW: HEIGHT PROFILES FOR SWITZERLANDMOBILITY ROUTES AND STAGES You can now follow the height profile of all SwitzerlandMobility routes and stages interactively and see the distance covered, the total duration and the variation in elevation. This feature is free of charge and available to all users of the SwitzerlandMobility app.

New: Share tours using the app This update enables you to use SwitzerlandMobility Plus to share tours and tracks that you have mapped out or recorded yourself directly from the app as a link or to save them as a GPX export. You can also import GPX files directly into the app and save them in your personal tour list. Previously, these functionalities were only available on the SwitzerlandMobility website. Try it out now.

New: Real-time public transport info With this update, you’ll receive real-time information on delays, disruptions, and platform changes in public transport directly in the SwitzerlandMobility app. This makes planning your arrival and return travel for your SwitzerlandMobility routes even easier!

New: personalize the speed for your tour With this update, you can select additional activities such as mountain biking, skating or cross-country skiing for your custom-drawn tour, set the appropriate speed and individually calculate the duration of your tour.

Faster map display With this update, your map displays faster and minor bugs have been fixed – making it even easier to draw your tours.

Share and export routes Share your favorite routes via link. With SwitzerlandMobility Plus, export them as GPX and import them into your tour list to adapt SwitzerlandMobility routes to your own planning.

Snow depth map by Exolabs The snow depth map by Exolabs now shows you the current snow levels to help plan your next winter activity with SwitzerlandMobility.

IMPROVEMENTS FOR "MY TOURS" With this update, we have further improved the “My Tours” section for SwitzerlandMobility Plus. Track management is now more user-friendly, the display and sorting of your self-drawn tours have been optimised, and various bugs have been fixed.

HEIGHT PROFILE WITH LIVE LOCATION New for SwitzerlandMobility Plus: On self-drawn tours, you can now see your current location directly in the height profile. So you can see at a glance how far it is to your destination, when you’ll arrive and how many metres of elevation lie ahead. Please activate location tracking in the app to use this function.
