   You are wondering 🤔 if this is worth it? ESPECIALLY with this wild economy.. WORTH EVERY CENT. I would invest in this than ANY other toy. The app AMAZING, user experience 1000%, and support team A1 !!! My son absolutely LOVES it and won’t sleep without it. My son loves being read to so the ability to have us read (on a custom Tonie) his favorite stories.. YES 👏 we got our first Tonie a few months ago which at that time there was only the Tonie 1. My son figured out everything about it and became obsessed. He was in the phase of Cars and Toy Story so that was a no brainer to start with. He would constantly play “kachow” and dance - EVERYWHERE. Tonie 2 started ads everywhere and we automatically started planning to save and get him it for Christmas. His wish list from Santa was “ have a paw patrol Christmas” .. OH did he get one… we got the sleeve, 2 more paw patrol Tonie’s, and a night light. He is NONSTOP with it everywhere and playing CONSTANTLY. THANK YOU TONIE TEAM ❤️🙌 MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄 AND HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎊

2. 3/5Great app, but I can't write reviews for tonies in the app using voiceover on the iPhone.

   This is a great app, and most of it is screen reader friendly, but not all of it. I'm blind, and I love that I can check the battery level, and I can tell which Tonies we have in our collection. There are a couple of issues that I have though. I use voiceover, the screen reader on the iPhone because I'm blind, and it's nearly impossible to set the maximum volume and other things that have a slider. Another problem that I have is, we have over 20 tonies that I need to review, and the first time I reviewed one, it took me to the website and I was able to do it. After that, whenever I click on the review reminder, that I have a ton of in my notifications, it stays in the Tonies app, and I can choose how many stars I want to give, but once I click into the review text box, it disappears and takes me to the shopping page. This is a really big problem because I'd like to review them, rather than just giving a rating, and I'm hoping that it doesn't just keep the rating and counted as a review. These are pretty major accessibility issues. For the volume, and I would assume probably the same thing for the brightness of the light, being able to swipe up through the numbers, rather than having to try to move my finger and it not read anything, only to find out that it either went the wrong way, down when I was moving my finger up, because I have no idea which way to move it, or having it actually go up when I move my finger up, but overshooting the number that I want, makes it difficult to use most of the parental settings. They should be pretty easy to fix, at least the controls. Until this other issue is fixed though, I really need a way to review the tonies that we have outside of the app. With it sending me constant reminders to review the Tonies, it's a little stressful, because I actually like writing reviews.

3. 5/5Love it but have suggestions

   We’ve had both versions of the Toniebox and we love them both. The kids really like the new interactive features of the Toniebox 2. It gives them an outlet for their wiggles, giggles, and self soothing. When they are kissing mom or dad, they can listen to our voices. It’s a great way for their imagination to go wild without a screen. Some suggestions: * A travel version. Something small and compact. The Toniebox takes too much room up in luggage. My kids want to be able to take it with them, as it is part of their routines now. Similar in size to a JBL Go 3 speaker would be perfect. * In the app, please make it so parents can turn it off. I don’t want to set a timer, I want to hit a button and be able to turn it off.

4. 2/5Needs Playback Control

   This app is functionally useless other than being required for set up. It NEEDS audio playback control for the Toniebox. Otherwise you get stuck listening to some of the bonus material you don’t really care about when you bought whatever Tonie you’re listening to. Without the ability to change tracks from an actual GUI on the app, you have to smack the side of the Toniebox in a way that is less than 100% responsive and just raises your level of frustration. Similarly, if the company would allow you to play your household Tonies on your account linked TonieBox without the Tonie, it would make car rides easier for kids in car seats because they wouldn’t be forced to hold onto the box in their lap and could place it, instead, on the seat next to them while the parent controls the content for them from their phone. Without these features, the box is extremely mid with the value coming from the cute figurines your kids will like. Might as well get something with more user control.

5. 2/5Needs more UX Design thinking

   The product is great for the kids. However, please give more control for the parents who have the device app installed on their phone, most likely than not. 1. Battery State - include how much battery it has currently. I’d like to know if I need to charge a head of time especially during an outing. 2. Volume - my kid won’t know how loud is loud. And she’ll put it against her ear pretty closely. Allow a parent to have full control on volume, working in live times. Currently it allows change via app, but needs a physical reset on the actual device to make the change. Also include a LOCK feature on app for my parent control for volume control in real time through phone. (Also note, not ALL Toni’s are built the same. The volume differs from one another. And volume differs from track to track from just one Toni as well sometimes.) 3. Off option - if I’m not mistake it takes a TEN whole minutes (as described on the guide provided) to auto shut off. That seems long and potentially lose battery life. Even if it doesn’t deplete much percentage within ten minutes, it’s still on for ten minutes doing nothing. Please include timer selection on app. 4. This is just me - and may be a copyright issue, but some Toni’s have cover artists singing the parts. I’m a huge Disney fan as well, but if I’m paying for Tangle’s Repunzel, I’m expecting to hear Mandy Moore’s voice - especially if you’re selling me the idea that these are the audio tracks from said movie.
