3/5Great program POOR CUSTOMER RELATION
This program has been wonderful to participate in. However, the company asks you to share with friends as a “referral” and be entered into drawings for prizes. They had ZERO drawings this year and have not been transparent about the lack of follow through. Despite multiple attempts at communication with the company there has been no response. I referred over 55 families to the program in hopes of maybe winning a fun prize to share with my kids. No such luck as there wasn’t even a chance at a drawing. The rest of the promo emails all make it to my inbox as well as the coupons. It was not lack of checking or lack of communication on my end. Great program for kids. Poor customer interaction and manipulation of customers for free advertisement.

4/5What’s the point of the app? *UPDATE
I got the app because it said we could access our coupons on it. NOPE! It doesn’t. I’ll be deleting the app and going back to having to print the coupons again. * UPDATE: The next day I thought I’d give it one more try and the coupons magically appeared. I went from 1 star to 4 stars. If the coupons load flawlessly all summer, it’ll earn a 5 star for sure.

Always get the coupons via email for the last few years with my kids. Attempted to download and use the app on both iPhone (iTunes) and droid (google play) both have given same error. (There is an error logging in. Please try again) (this is with correct email and password confirmed on the website)... after several different days of trying and same error, I give up and am going to stick with the email coupons. Hopefully they can get the app fixed so we can show the coupons much easier on the app! If the app gets fixed I will be happy to change my review!

App is designed and implemented flawlessly. I am able to access my coupons easily. The previous ratings do not depict this app accurately. Those ppl can’t figure out the app & don’t seem to know how the program works. Unfortunately , they ding the app rather than open their eyes and realize it’s their own stupidity. It’s not rocket science ppl!

Read the bad reviews before downloading this app, but I decided to try it for myself. Logged in without a problem, and my coupons were right there and ready to use. That's all I needed it to do. Makes it much easier than printing!
