   Especially since my workplace is a cinder block located within a grove of trees, I can more easily clock in and out from the main road than I can within my building. My coworkers and I love that we can clock out for our lunch break at 11:59:59, and somehow manage to log an entire minute’s worth of a lunch break in the matter of a literal second. Wish I had the privilege of a desk position since the implementation of this alleged “tool.” Similarly, I love the abrupt hoards of bots in the comment section boosting your ratings. Gotta appreciate authenticity these days!

2. 5/5Very finicky

   Clocking in or out can be a pain sometimes. Trying to clock in and would not let me because it wanted me to leave a review tried 15 times to click on leave a review and would not let me so have to get in touch with the boss to get clocked in . Hassle for myself and the boss seems like every other week have to ask boss to clock me in or out just gets frustrating. Other than that like the app .

3. 1/5Location is broken

   Nothing but frustration with the latest iOS update. I’ve never had a problem with location services, but since the most recent update the app sms to have no idea where I am even if I’m standing directly in front of the physical time clock. I’ve rebooted reinstalled, completely put in fresh credentials a dozen Times over the past few weeks to no avail. The app asks for permission to access location ONCE when I delete and reinstall the app, but doesn’t retain the setting. If I go into privacy/location there is no setting for TCP at all. Hopefully this gets remedied quickly as this is very inconvenient for an employee who spends most of their day throughout the campus and seldom right next to a physical kiosk.

4. 1/5Always Logs Out

   This app is just not good. At least 50% of the time when I go to punch in or out I have to re-enter my credentials. I go into the app at the exact time I have to use it and it’s very inconvenient to have to log in half of the time. If go into the app and you are actually logged in, you have to wait for it to refresh before you log your punch or it won’t register. There’s no built in timer to remind you to punch so you have to remember to set your phone timer. I use this app because my employer requires me to. If it was my choice I would find something else. Almost any other time clock app would be better than this one. It should take literally one second to press the clock in/clock out button but instead they have made it difficult

5. 1/5Nice in theory, Poor execution

   I am an in-school tutor and we use this app to log our hours… If it lets us. Desktop version has been great. The phone app not so much. Do you know how many things I have to do before I actually sit down at my desk? Or how many thing I do after I leave the classroom before leaving for the day? A lot. The app is so important for me as an hourly employee, but it’s unreliable. For a week now, there has been no check in or check out button. I have no choice but to use my desktop. Also, I read the other reviews. I’ve tried emailing the email address you gave them. It said my message was “Undeliverable” because you guys “Only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list“ So please, do not reply with a message that you need more information and provide an email that doesn’t work when I’ve told you everything you need to know. Please just fix it.
