   This concept is excellent and a much needed app. Obviously it’s still in early development. Nice features: Privacy- data is stored on users device and user chooses how to backup; Organization- it’s really very basic and mostly user friendly, has option to upload files, photos etc and store with appointments or conditions; Diary and Topics- can keep notes/log of conditions, information, symptoms, really anything relevant a user chooses. Needed features: A method to link conditions with diary entries or sort diary entries by condition; A listing of entries- once entries are made, list them and show data summary rather than having to reopen data input page. That page could open for edit purposes. Nice to have feature: a symptom tracker with charting over time. There are stand alone symptom tracker apps available but a simple version integrated into this app would be ideal to have that info available at appointments. The app did glitch while scrolling through lists of conditions and closed itself. I’m still waiting to assess the memory/storage footprint of the app and will update later. Thanks and keep working on it!

2. 3/5Pretty good, local storage, limited import

   This app has a lot going for it, but I do have one objection (see below). I wanted an app that allows me to store all my data locally, totally under my control, which is very important to me. I also want to include scanned documents (pathology reports, lab reports, etc.) within the app, which this provides. Previously I had used the MyMedical app, but it is not been supported for years(!) and it can't sync between devices any longer. After using the app for a while, I'd like to suggest the developer provide a way to sort the 'Care Team' lists by last name or other fields. It's much easier to find somebody in alphabetical order. Also, in 'Progress Charts,' I suggest the 'Provider' and 'Doctor' fields should allow the user to choose from a drop-down list of their Care Team entries, both Center and Provider, as well as enter text (as you have now). My major objection is that I can't import my historic data in anything other than documents (HTML, PDF) rather than having it integrated into the sections of the app. Trying to manually add it by typing on the iOS keyboard is terrible. If there were a Mac version where I could enter all the info on the Mac keyboard then sync with the iOS version that would be great. Another option would be to import data in a CSV plain text file. I know the developer had to make a choice about importing databases or going for the simpler approach of just attaching documents, which may be perfectly fine for some people. It just didn't meet my needs. Keep up the good work and continuing to improve the app.

3. 5/5Great App packed full with content!! It’s all you need!

   I was a My Medical app user for many many years and was at a loss when they no longer supported the app. I went with their recommendation and gave this one a try. I really like how easy it is to enter the data. I carried over my son’s entire medical history of 21 years including images and notes. It took a while to do manually but was easy. There were some items that I simply imported instead. I really appreciate that feature! I love that I can make custom items as well. As I am coming from another app there are some small changes that I personally would love to see. Jon has been very responsive to my feedback! I couldn’t figure out how to do something and I reached out to support. He was right there with an answer and even followed up later. Top notch service! I highly recommend this app. As a mom to a special needs kiddo I really rely on having his medical history/information available at all times. The backup feature is a lifesaver as well. You won’t regret this app! It’s all that you need and it’s free! Thanks Tidy Health!

4. 4/5I was sad when My Health was shutting down: now not so much.

   Wasn’t sure what I was going to do when My Health was shutting down I have used it for a couple years now and had a bit of information in it. But I decided to try Tidy as that was there recommendation and am glad I did. Other than finally giving up on trying to import old data from My Health I like this new program better the layout and organization suits me better as well as the user friendly aspects and privacy. Yes there will be bugs and things some people don’t and never will like about any program but for a fairly new one they are off to a good start and seem willing to listen to our input to make it even better I have gotten quick responses to my questions so far, so give them a try I haven’t seen a better one even for $ more (you got that it’s free right).

5. 5/5Very Promising App

   I, perhaps like many others, changed to Tidy Health to keep all my important medical information when it was clear that My Medical was a sinking boat, and I needed to change before losing all my data. Upon first using Tidy Health I worried that it was too new, and didn’t allow me some of the options I was used to in My Medical. But I have stuck with it, and am getting to like it more and more. One thing I like very much is the technical support I have received. Jon has promptly answered and solved any problem I have had with the app. Rarely do you find that kind of technical support. I can tell he is totally dedicated to making this a top notch app; one that is very needed today. I am confident the app will continue to grow and improve with time. Because of Jon’s excellent input, I believe in this app, and look forward to using it for a very long time.
