The updated report provides more useful insights into your medication history, entry fields have been updated, and we have expanded search lists to help you find medications, supplements, and prescriptions more quickly. New in this version: The Test Results feature has been improved for easier entry and tracking. We have also added a search in the Completed Prescriptions and Medications list giving you fast access to your history when you need it.

This update has improvements and fixes to make it easier to manage and track your health information. You can now add details from older dates as requested by users, and practice names can now be updated more smoothly. We've also improved how skin tracker reminder requests are handled, helping you stay on top of regular check-ins.

Annual plans are here, along with some powerful new features. For PRO users, new recent events shows a timeline for each person in a clear, organized view. Upcoming brings together all future appointments, tests, and reminders in one place. Practice Log gives you a complete history with each practice, while Practitioner Log shows every interaction with individual practitioners in a single view. We’ve also made a number of improvements across the app, including refreshed Allergies and Blood Pressure pages, smarter name entry fields, and improved built-in help throughout.

What’s New: We’ve made a few updates to make KeepTrackMed even better including adding more data options on the Prescriptions, Medications, and Supplements page for easier, more detailed tracking, and we have fixed a minor issue related to our new subscription plans to keep everything running smoothly. Our Family Medical History and Notes sections have been improved to offer clearer guidance and make your experience in the app easier and more supportive.

New improvements to appointment booking make it easier to add tests, operations, and vaccinations that happen during an appointment time. The vaccinations lists have been updated as well.

Search is here! You can now search through all the records you have added for each profile, making it easier to find information and get a clearer picture of health history. We have improved many entry fields across the app to make adding information faster and easier, and made a few updates based on user feedback. Plus, we added more helpful guidance on many pages to support you as you enter your important health information.

Our menu for mobiles has a fresh new look, making it easier to navigate the app. We’ve also added helpful prompts on the Medications page to help you keep your medications and supplements up to date. This update also includes minor bug fixes and performance improvements. We’re always working behind the scenes to improve the app and bring you helpful updates.

The Blood Pressure option has been upgraded to Vitals | Health Tracking. You can still record blood pressure and pulse, but now you can also track temperature, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, and weight all in the same place. It’s much easier to keep everything together, spot changes over time, and get a clearer picture of overall health without jumping between different sections. We have made a few other small improvements on the add Appointment page and across the app as well.

We’ve added a new feature to record and keep track of hospitalizations in KeepTrackMed, making it easier to maintain a complete history of hospital visits and important care details in one secure place. This update also includes minor bug fixes, performance improvements, and a fix to phone number formatting in Greece.
