  1. 5/5Drfirst has everything!

Just another of Drfirst’s amazing SAAS platform that gives patients all the information they need to have themselves or other manage the medications they take and or need to take directly tied into their doctor. Amazing company and amazing products did I mention they also have telemedicine, hipaa compliant texting and E-prescriptions. Talk about future proof you are looking at the future of healthcare.

  2. 4/5Almost perfect

This is what I’ve been looking for!!! I am adding all my providers, meds, notes, visit summaries, etc! Only two things that makes me drop the review to four stars: -Visit Summaries: when adding visit summaries, it’s just like a general note.. I can’t sort. I have to add in order. Within the summaries the most basic feature seems to be missing.. connecting it to one of the facilities and provides already added! I would love to be able to cross referencing: click on a provider and bam my visit history. And vice versa. -Visits or providers (or really anywhere) - ability to add multiple notes and maybe even date fields “provider since” or anything identifiable. Right now everything is one giant note and the date shown is date added to app. -nice to have: procedures list. Right now have to group these in with “conditions” or “visit summaries” Honestly, add these three things and there’s no more perfect app to manage health records. ESP for someone like myself who had way too many doctors and health situations going on. What a blessing to fill out paperwork and have everything in one place. I’ve even started taking pics of important things from visits and adding. And my dr’s pics. Visit notes. Amazing.

  3. 3/5Good concept but could use improvements

It would be very useful to have date/time stamps on note entries, and to be able to enter multiple notes for a single provider/facility/procedure. Then it would be great to have ability to filter by date or provider, etc. This would make it possible to track changes in the timeline and also keep up with what multiple providers are telling family members and get both a snapshot of what is happening at a given point in time or a fuller narrative of changes/events over time.

  4. 5/5User friendly & great support

My primary care needed a new electronic health record. They chose huddle and so far I am beyond pleased with the ease and user friendliness of the app. I’ve downloaded it on my iPhone and have had no problems. A support person from huddle also called me just to check in to see if I had any questions or concerns. Wouldn’t that be great if all of our care team would do that. Thank you huddle, so much!

  5. 5/5Managing My Parents’ Care Has Never Been Easier’

Both of my parents have a lot of chronic conditions, and although they mostly go to their appointments by themselves, they are not able to manage and navigate all their different portals. I have downloaded it for both of them and it will be much easier going forward.
