1. 5/5The best timetable for a visual person

   I tried so many apps with schedules, timetables, planners, but I just needed a visual look at my schedule that has inconsistent times, for a week and see it blocked out so I can find free time. No other app I tried had exactly what I was looking for. I kept trying to make my own with templates or excel sheet but it was too tedious. I tried Smart Timetable and it was so much more helpful than expected and I paid premium almost immediately. The ability to make presets for times is so convenient, and THE COPY ABILITY is the best thing. One of my classes meets Tues 12:40-3pm and Wednesday 1:10-4pm, and it was so easy to make A and B days and times. Some classes in my schedule were for different days and times completely dependent on the week, no other planner made it so simple to put those inconsistent schedules in without messing up something else. I put my entire semester schedule in and I can relax. The only thing I’d like added is more options for the notifications like different sounds, since I need more aggressive alarms.

2. 5/5Room for improvements!

   I love the app so much however it could use a few adjustments. First off, if there is a search function that would be great so that I can search for a specific event. Likewise, if there is a function where it tells me what was added to the schedule and when it was added that would be awesome, especially if i am sharing my task and or schedule with my partner or family members. It helps to keep track of what was newly added. Sort of like a history of what was added to the schedule. Or maybe even send notifications to the people within the shared schedule to notify the other person that I added something to the schedule? I hope these will be added to the newest version soon!! Or at least something similar perhaps? I am currently using the premium version (one time payment - $7.99) Looking forward to hearing back!

3. 5/5The Widgets are Fantastic

   I could not find another schedule app better for school. Semesters (called periods in app), Subjects, building, room number, and instructor name are all available to input (they keep track of them so you can click them again). Tasks able to be set as completed—useful for homework, tests, and projects. Affordable subscription for pro ($2 for a month, $8 for lifetime). Interface is very customizable, easy to set your schedule with copy then edit buttons, subjects (they keep track of them), and multiple schedules. Notifications, widgets(one that includes a timer that shows how long till event is done) will, to-do list all fantastic. The counter would be more useful (for me) as time till the next class. Rather than time left in the class. EDIT: Developer response recommended putting an event in between classes, has worked perfectly and super helpful. Offering the Schedule as a monthly view would be very useful as well as being able to view the tasks and schedules from different schedules. EDIT: You can now navigate with a month calendar to see weeks—super helpful. Currently (unless I just can’t find it) only weekly is available, per schedule, unavailable to compare different schedules, and weekly on iphone only when in landscape orientation. On mac you can see the week well. Starting and ending a schedule in accordance to certain dates for each semester. EDIT: Setting periods allowed me to start and begin semesters. Only thing was, for fall/spring breaks I went in and deleted events for the week of the break. Super happy that I could delete an event for only one week rather than deleting it from the whole period!

4. 5/5Good for homeschooling and life

   This app is really good at creating a schedule for just about any scheduling. I use it for homeschool and work. Even though Apple devices come preloaded with great apps…something just for homeschooling is much better. Something easy and simple and quick, for me and my child. Who uses this app as well. The widgets make it easy for a quick glance and if I can get or find links to open apps…it’s even better. The only thing I’m confused on stopping or getting out of is the editing option. After creating a schedule, all “classes” become editable once clicked. So to open a link or get a doc, I have to go into editing. Which isn’t that big of a deal but…is strange none the less. Overall the app is good and I’ve bought it waiting for all wonderful updates.

5. 5/5I love this app. I’m serious.

   Literally this app was already perfect because I wanted something easy to navigate, something free (yeah, I’m cheap, but you probably are too 😘) and something I could schedule specific times for. This checked all of those boxes. When I looked to see if there were any widgets for it (I fully expected there not to be), not only did I find several size options, but I also found a couple with timers counting down to the next activity! How amazing is that?! Now I can keep an eye on how much longer I have until my next activity and avoid going over the time I allotted for the current one. And as far as the “classes” aspect, you can change everything on there, so you don’t have to stick with those labels. Secret ADHD assistant? - 100%.
