5/5It works!
I have been using this app consistently for about 18 months. Before that it was very intermittent. I got the app to get better with my core so I could mountain bike better. I definitely have achieved a six pack! To be fair, it is still covered by my belly, however, that’s on me because I have not done the proper dieting to get my BMI lower. The app has also helped me with my mountain biking skills in not only handling but general fitness as well. The FIIT type of repetitions really does well for riding cross country mountain biking. I am currently trying to get my BMI down so I can actually show off my Sixpack! I just upgraded to the yearly plan that unlocks everything so I’m anxious to try out some of the other features that involve multiple systems and exercises for a full body workout.

5/5Would rate lower if possible
Edit: the below no longer applies as they have update and reverted their app, the new update fixes all the issues and has returned the app to a well made and well executed app. Would continue to recommend this app with its various workouts to anyone reading this 10/10. This went form an actually useable a helpful app that I recommended to people for years, to an usable trash app, in what universe does it make sense to take a system that works and scales nicely to jumping too a time based system? For example: what use is doing leg raises for 50 seconds helpful if you struggle to do eight of them? Or maybe you struggle with T planks, you go form having to do 3 or 4 reps each side to 16+ seconds? I can understand the desire to enforce strict form, and maybe that’s what they were attempting with the timer? But its poorly implemented and poorly thought out. This was one of my go to apps, and now it’s just another trash bin app to be deleted and forgotten about. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who’s actually trying to improve their fitness, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone trying to maintain their fitness, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who just wants to download an app to look like they’re working out. Would rate lower if possible, the last update neutered it 0/10.

1/5Don’t trust old reviews
Once upon a time, there was a fitness app that seemed almost too good to be true. Imagine the ideal workout companion: a powerful tool that was fully customizable, beginner-friendly, and so simple that even the least tech-savvy could navigate it with ease. It was the app for everyone, designed with care and attention, and it built a reputation to match. In the days of free access, users everywhere celebrated its 4.9-star rating as more than deserved. Yes, there were ads—but they were only brief interruptions after a workout, a small price to pay for something so extraordinary and free. And in return, we had everything we could ever want: effective workouts, guidance for every level, a seamless experience, and no strings attached. It felt like the developers had put users first, as though they truly cared about our journey to better health. Then, seemingly overnight, everything changed. The developers took this beloved app and slapped a price tag on it, demanding subscriptions for the same features that were once free. No added perks, no extra benefits—just the same app at a monthly cost, as if our loyalty and positive reviews suddenly meant nothing. The joy of using it has faded, leaving only the bitterness of feeling exploited. It’s heartbreaking to see something so perfect turn into just another cash grab. What was once a remarkable tool is now a reminder that, in the end, we were only customers.

5/5Great experience so far
Awesome app! No “buy premium to get our best work out plans.” crap. (This is going to sound like I am working for the creators or something) I actually have used this app for a week and am truly already seeing results. I am going to keep using this app. I am doing both the beginner and intermediate levels at the same time. After I finish both of those in the 23 days, I’m going to start on the expert level. No weights needed. Also if y’all are wanting even more look at the other apps they offer. Totally free. As usual though in order to have a free app you have to deal with ads. I promise this app only shows adds in between screen changes. No other times. It pauses if you have a phone call and all. Work outs only take about 15 minutes to do. You’ll feel it when you get done.

4/5A good start
I have been working out every day for the past 3 months. I wanted to see if I saw any dramatic changes from using this app every day. I did the intermediate stage for 30 days and did not see major changes. The ab workout is meant for someone who doesn’t have access to things like a pull up bar or free weights. I was rarely sore from it, but then again maybe I should have done the harder level. For someone who is looking for a 10-20 minute workout at home this is a good app, but if you’re looking for a six pack I think other exercises need to be included such as ab wheels, leg raises, plank ups and others. I also did not exactly understand the stretching at the end, it was such a short period of stretching that it does little to nothing. Overall, the app is good in the sense that it motivates the individual to workout every day and follow a plan that does not require a gym. Sadly, I do not see it though as a solution to getting a six pack.
