1. 4/5I need trial run for premium

   I have left two reviews before this. The first was how easy the app is especially the free version that I have now been using for almost two year for my small hair business. The second review was a few suggestions about what could be more helpful in the free version or possibly offered in premium. This review is just to offer another suggestion. For a while now, I have considered upgrading to premium. The upgrades listed will be, email integration, ability to remove branding, online payment, video links, text messages reminders and, reoccurring classes and appointments. I am okay with just the free version but I wonder if some of my previous suggestions are available in premium. My only request is if you guys can offer premium trial 1-3 or more days. I just want to know how I can improve my business using the premium update. Thank you!

   It’s a great app so far jus have some minor issues and hoping some updates would come soon. First - for the add-on feature to allow you to create categories within the add-on section…if you have more than one service with the same name and same description but with different prices in different categories when you go to choose an ad-on all services from all categories show up and the customers don’t know which one applies to them because they can no longer see the category which would have the appropriate price in it. Second when using the app you can not see customers address or other relevant information but when using a PC or using the browser on your phone you will see all the information from the calendar this would be good if you could allow the app to reflect the same level of information to be displayed

   Truthfully, I used to love Setmore. It was super easy to use very straightforward. You never missed anything with the way that it was set up. I had access to view all of my clients past appointments so it would help both of us know when they were in the last time, I was able to click a button and all of my notifications were right in the app and it was extremely convenient. After this latest update, I no longer have access to my clients past history. I no longer can see all of my notifications within the app, I only see the ones that are sent to my phone screen, my app glitches and it won’t show me appointments that have been booked and I have just had more issues with it than I ever have in the last four years that I’ve used it. I would love for them to bring back the activity button and I would love for them to bring back the ability to see my clients past history again, if the glitches aren’t fixed, I will have no choice, but to move to a different app for booking it is extremely inconvenient and very unprofessional to have as many glitches as this App currently has

4. 4/5Need more to keep me.

   Let’s just start off by saying I love Setmore it’s easy to use on all my devices. But I just feel like I’m missing something. I’m a photographer, I looked up booking app and website on google and Setmore kept popping up and I just gave it a go and absolutely fell in love with the app. I kept setting everything up, and I just felt like I was missing something. It’s booking friendly, but I just wish It is photographer friendly, like offer forms like quotes, invoices, contracts, questionnaires, and just other types of forms. If possible if we can have like a tab where we can just make a quick 123 website instead of having to use all these integrations. Another thing I won’t to mention is having the option to make as many policies for my business on Setmore with out being limited to how many characters are being used, and also being able to have the option to slap Logo on almost anything or create projects. I really been thinking about upgrading, and I really want to upgrade to premium and give you my money, but I’m hesitant. I normally don’t leave reviews on apps but I really like this one. If I’m asking for too much let me know. Love the app keep up the good work. 💛🫶🏾
