We’ve taught our KrisFlyer sync to speak human. If you’re a Registered User without a matching KrisFlyer account, you’ll now get a clear heads-up — no more vague prompts or wondering why it didn’t work. The Passenger Details screen may look familiar, but it’s running on a new engine. We’ve rebuilt what’s under the hood to make things smoother and faster, even if you can’t quite see it. And of course, we fixed bugs. Because what’s a release without a little spring cleaning?

KrisFlyer Login Updates: • We've revamped the KrisFlyer login error messages to provide guidance when things don't quite go as planned. • These improvements will enhance your login experience and also enable us to assist you better. Resolved Check-In Errors: • Users who previously encountered "unknown errors" during check-in will be pleased to know that we've successfully resolved these issues. • Your check-in process should now be smoother and error-free. Mobile Check-In Closing Time Adjustment: • A noteworthy update: Mobile Check-In now closes 90 minutes before departure. • Do take note of this change to ensure a hassle-free check-in experience.
