  1. 5/5Annoying

Gets two stars simply because I can eventually request refill. Usually takes at least 15 minutes because the requirements for passwords are ridiculous and I can never remember what I set it up for last time. That means I have to set up a new password, which is a very frustrating process. If when the passwords don’t match I could just see what I typed and fix it, that would be a big help. BTW, none of the log on information is saved on your phone, so don’t count on anything filling in automatically. I wish they would go to just sending an email with an automatic log-in link. Then there’s the list of prescriptions. Every time your doctor sends in a refill, it goes in the list just like a brand new prescription and the one it replaces never gets deleted, so I wind up wasting time trying to find the current scripts. There is no way to contact the app makers to ask questions either. If I didn’t always seem to need to request refills on Sundays when the pharmacy is closed, I would ditch this entirely.

  2. 5/5Nearly worthless app

It’s nice if or when it works, more times than not it constantly sign me out and now the new issue is it won’t open completely, once I open and sign in the app won’t completely load, I just get a screen of that animation of a pill bouncing and spinning instead of loading the app. I really needed to set up a prescription to be filled in the morning because I won’t be in an area with cell or data service and of course tonight the flipping app won’t load. I’ve tried on WiFi and data internet, I’ve also tried deleting and reinstalling app with no success. Do the developers not even attempt to make a functional app? This is so frustrating. When it functions correctly it is great but of course the morning I really need it to function it does nothing. Please do better.

  3. 2/5So many issues

I really appreciated that there was an app to use to easily order my prescriptions from my local pharmacy but this is the worst. It is supposed to use faceid to log in but logs me out all the time anyways. Sometimes when it prompts me to log in it insists I have to change my password when it is actually a glitch on the app side so I still cant access it after using my new password. So I have changed my password unnecessarily (no one wants more passwords than they need) and still cant order my prescriptions. Yesterday was the worst and I had to use the website online but I don’t even know if my pharmacy got it because I haven’t received a message. Sometimes the messages are only sent on the platform and not to text despite me asking and….I am not going to keep checking the app for a message. Especially when it gets stuck loading like it has all weekend. Its seriously making me consider going back to a big pharmacy, which is a shame. I hope they improve things to help us support local pharmacies without sacrificing our sanity to do so.

  4. 1/5Horrible

This app used to work well, but some time in the last year it decided to stop notifying me of any messages from my pharmacy letting me know that I had scripts ready. Consequently, I have run out several times of important medications, and frantically called the pharmacy to ask why they didn’t notify me before putting the medication back into their inventory. They however, have been sending messages through the system, which I can manually go into and find, but unless I do that on a daily basis, I have no idea that they sent me anything. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it occasions. I have logged out and logged back in on numerous occasions. I have checked iOS notifications on multiple occasions and I am on an iPhone 16 Pro with the latest version of the operating system. The app just refuses to send any notifications anymore. Please fix the notification system! That is probably the most important function of this app, to let. Know that they have a prescription to pick up, and it can’t even do that anymore. It used to work up until sometime last year. Please fix it!

  5. 4/5Definitely an old timey app with bugs

When this app does work as it is supposed to, I like it better than other pharmacy apps I’ve used in the past. In particular, I love being able to send free text messages back and forth, and I have a really great pharmacy in terms of response times and great customer service. These items alone are what inspire the maybe higher rating than recent updates may deserve. I will echo other feedback, however, by mentioning a recent downward spiral in usability. I, too, have stopped receiving notifications and have to manually check the app for messages. Worse still is that today, for the first time I’ve been unable to send my request for refills in. I’m able to select each med, but that’s as far as I can go. For an app that has an old school flow to it, it would be nice if it would be more solid in functionality. Looking extremely forward to upcoming app updates.
