   I love this app, easy to use, but I wish there was a notification that would pop up when you get a new email request from an interested party. You need to go into your app and sign into your account to see if there’s a new email. When you’re selling something it would be nice if a notification popped up right away letting you know you’ve received a new email request from someone who might be interested in your rv. I’m signing into my app every couple hours to make sure I don’t miss a request from someone driving by who wants to see our rig….we missed a potential sale last year when I missed an email for a day. (Something like Facebook messenger or Twitter does). Great app though

2. 2/5Website is much better

   The RVTrader website is good but the app is marginal with several annoyances. Scrolling left and right on pictures of a rig is fine but if you tap on 1 to see a larger version it doesn’t immediately open that image… it opens a slightly larger gallery showing like 6 images and restarts back at the top (quite a pain if you’re already on picture 84)! Also, in that pic gallery there’s no smooth scrolling… it shows like 6 pictures but then automatically jumps to the next 6. It’s also quite likely to timeout / refresh if you leave the app or even set your phone down for a few minutes meaning you get to start over. I also think that rigs should have more details… you can filter for RVs sold “by dealers only” but they also include PopRVs as a dealer when it’s really basically a consignment website. That would be nice too, if “dealership” rigs would specify when they’re being sold on consignment vs actually owned and sold by the dealership. If you show up at MHSRV to look at a used rig, very likely they won’t be willing to negotiate with you… they’ll have to submit an offer to the seller!

3. 1/5100% of inquiries seemed to be fraudulent + lots of other issues

   All of the inquiries I received seemed to be completely fraudulent, pushing either specific car reporting platforms or other sales platforms. Most of the time when I tried to respond to messages they would fail to send (I tried many times from different internet connection and from different devices). I have 6 days left on my account and the place to check my messages has disappeared so I can no longer access those apparently. I spoke to their tech support, the girl seemed nice and helpful. She told me she didn’t have the authority to grant what I asked for, but said she would have a supervisor contact me to assist.. it’s been nearly a week and I have not heard back from anyone I highly recommend saving your time and your money and use another platform. Any other platform (especially considering how expensive it is to sell on this app) Update: I got ahold of a supervisor. They were no help whatsoever. They looked at my profile and said it looked good and tried to upsell me to spend hundreds of dollars more

4. 2/5What happened?

   Obviously there has been a new version released. I have been using this app for years and it has been my go-to app for RVs. It had its quirks but, it was a solid app to search for and receive information about RVs. I use it exclusively on an ipad in horizontal mode because it offers more screen real estate to view pictures and information. However, someone must have decided that the only people who use this app, view it on their iphone. When viewing on an ipad, after the new version was released, you can only view the app in portrait mode and it centers only in the middle of the screen. There are large black margins on either side of UI. This significantly reduces the usability of the app for me. Oh,and the developers obviously dont want their users to communicate with them because the app support link on this page just takes you to the app itself. And they dont have a way to get support on the app. Guess I will have to look for another app for RV information.

5. 1/5Difficult photo navigation, useless filters, bugs

   The app is difficult to navigate photos and filters are ineffective. Photos are low quality and clunky to browse. Images don’t fit to screen in landscape orientation, and when in list view if you purposefully or accidentally tap an image it changes the view to single, then to return to a list view you must navigate all the way back to the listing and tap back into the photos, losing your place. If you are viewing photos and leave the app even for a moment, you are kicked back to the listing. RV Trader doesn’t include filters for major features such as Air Conditioning, heat, # of axels, refrigerator, toilet. Also, you can’t use the filter to de-select features. Example, you want a bumper pull travel trailer, but do not want a pop-up or a toy hauler… well you are going to see all of them because when you select travel trailer it includes both. There are also bugs, the app randomly crashes and the Report Listing feature simply doesn’t submit.
