This has absolutely everything I need!!! It’s so easy to use!!! I’m so happy I won’t have to use the paper diary cards anymore. I love the skills feature and the ability to email the info directly to therapist!!

I am so excited about this app! As an RO clinician this will transform my work with my clients! It is has been so faithfully developed that I have no worries that it will water down the efficacy of RO. It is so user friendly that I am anticipating an increase in daily tracking which leads to increased skill development. It is also fun to use. I am enjoying using it in my own personal RO work. I am experiencing a significant increase in awareness of my own targets. Thank you to the developers for this wonderful innovation.

5/5Long Awaited App for the OC Cohort is HERE!
Have you ever wanted that RO-DBT, dictionary-sized skills manual at your fingertips at work, in your car, or out at a social gathering? Maybe you were like me— skimming through the 200 pages of digital PDF handouts on your phone trying to find the one you need. This is your money app. Developers were thorough and all-encompassing on skills content (coming at it from all angles) and allow the user to customize based on specific targets and social signals. For those that know their way around a diary and have been a part of a skills class, this app serves as a way to better integrate therapy and life so that the skills aren’t practiced in a silo when the worksheets are handy. Also, 10 stars for saving the planet 🌎 👍🏼🎉

3/5Slightly better than spreadsheets
I get that this is a humble development by clinicians to make life easier for us OC folks, but there are plenty areas for improving the UX and UI, and it doesn’t seem like this app’s been touched in the 2-3 months I’ve used it. The app is particularly buggy when it comes to *not* saving my prior week’s targets and goals. Creates more work that I hoped to avoid in spreadsheets.

Grow RO is user friendly and holds all the essentials to build RO DBT skills at your fingertips, including a built in loving kindness meditation. The skills can be separated under categories to help with specific targeting. Very excited to use this and am grateful it’s available to clients.
