Waste of money. Does not explain ro-dbt nor provide the framework or tools. This is a companion app for someone doing the work with an ro-dbt therapist. I felt incredibly lost inside the app, reached out to the developers and never heard back. Due to not hearing back or getting a refund this is beginning to feel like a bait and switch and I will dispute this with my bank.

This has absolutely everything I need!!! It’s so easy to use!!! I’m so happy I won’t have to use the paper diary cards anymore. I love the skills feature and the ability to email the info directly to therapist!!

I am so excited about this app! As an RO clinician this will transform my work with my clients! It is has been so faithfully developed that I have no worries that it will water down the efficacy of RO. It is so user friendly that I am anticipating an increase in daily tracking which leads to increased skill development. It is also fun to use. I am enjoying using it in my own personal RO work. I am experiencing a significant increase in awareness of my own targets. Thank you to the developers for this wonderful innovation.

Have you ever wanted that RO-DBT, dictionary-sized skills manual at your fingertips at work, in your car, or out at a social gathering? Maybe you were like me— skimming through the 200 pages of digital PDF handouts on your phone trying to find the one you need. This is your money app. Developers were thorough and all-encompassing on skills content (coming at it from all angles) and allow the user to customize based on specific targets and social signals. For those that know their way around a diary and have been a part of a skills class, this app serves as a way to better integrate therapy and life so that the skills aren’t practiced in a silo when the worksheets are handy. Also, 10 stars for saving the planet 🌎 👍🏼🎉
