   Personally I genuinely enjoy how easy this app is to use. I have a lot of fun when I design my work. Though not known anywhere, I still firmly believe this is a great service for getting digital work into physical form. As someone who doesn’t have the resources or money or time to spend on physically painting (thought I wish I could). Printful has given me a chance to see my digital artwork in person. I genuinely do not have any qualms or concerns about the service and recommend it to anybody looking for anything custom. All around great experience using the app (I actually came from using the website originally and later found that there was a mobile app which makes it several times easier to actually use.) 5 stars is more than deserved! ⭐️

2. 4/5Wide variety BUT

   There’s a wide amount of options of products to choose from and good print quality BUT, the prices for each item and fees are kinda rough. I run a online clothing business and the prices on there have to be kinda excessively high so I can atleast make some profit off of sold items but some people look in the other direction due to the fees Printful brings up for sleeves and a back print. If Printful had not removed but reduce these fees and general prices for their products it would really help my business a lot. I also want to address the clothing customization. When I crop the size of images the image completely disappears. The image snapping and lack of options to customize the image kinda gets really annoying when you are designing on a phone, I wish Printful could be more advance and more options to customize would be better. But glad Printful can print good, have multiple options, and deliver at a decent time (usually a day late) I look forward to Printful improving in the future.

3. 2/5Not Transparent

   Unfortunately even though it's an easy app to use, they're not very transparent with their pricing. I had to dig through help forums to find out what my products actually cost to ship as they give you a $5 to $15 general range. How am I supposed to price my products when I have no idea how much they cost to ship? When I finally dig out the answer it turns out they ship every single product separately so you're going to wind up paying the most amount possible to get your products to your customers. It feels quite deceptive because when you are uploading pricing it shows your 'revenue' made from each product with no mention of how expensive the shipping is until a customer has already ordered so while I thought I was making around a 25 to 30% profit on my goods, it turned out to be about 6%. Unfortunately I have already put my entire visual catalog onto the store so I will probably keep using it but now I know I have to jack up my prices because they were not upfront about how much it ACTUALLY costs. If I find another option that works with my website I will definitely take it.

4. 3/5Promising, but major stability issues make it hard to use

   I really wanted to love this app. I downloaded it today to integrate it into my workflow and track screen time on my iPad, but after switching briefly into another app, my entire design session disappeared — twice. Losing work unexpectedly makes it hard to trust the app for serious production, especially when you’re creating detailed or multi-layered designs. The mobile app also lacks key features found on the website, like real-time mockups, which are essential for product visualization. I ended up restarting the same design multiple times and eventually moved back to the desktop website just to finish the project. The app has potential, the UI is clean, and I can see where it could be helpful — but right now it’s not reliable enough for active design workflows. I hope future updates add better autosave, session persistence, and the missing mockup functionality. Until then, I’ll be sticking with the web version.

5. 1/5Printful Blocked My Legal Business Name – Ignored Proof, Refused to Review My Case

   After years of seamlessly working with Printful, I was surprised when they suddenly flagged my designs featuring the acronym 'NFL', despite it representing a concept entirely unrelated to football in my business. As a registered LLC with a DBA in Florida, I've offered to provide comprehensive documentation to validate my claim. Citing relevant laws such as Florida Statutes Chapters 605 and 865, and The Lanham Act, which safeguards against genuine consumer confusion, I've demonstrated my commitment to compliance. Notably, my designs don't incorporate NFL logos, fonts, or imagery, and Printful had previously printed these products without issue. It wasn't until I canceled my subscription due to quality concerns that they raised legal objections. Following escalation, I requested a thorough compliance review, but instead received a standard rejection without indication of thorough examination. This experience suggests that Printful may be adopting an overly cautious approach, potentially stifling small businesses like mine. Despite my best efforts, I've incurred losses and can no longer confidently recommend Printful to brands seeking reliable partnerships.
