1. 4/5Wide variety BUT

   There’s a wide amount of options of products to choose from and good print quality BUT, the prices for each item and fees are kinda rough. I run a online clothing business and the prices on there have to be kinda excessively high so I can atleast make some profit off of sold items but some people look in the other direction due to the fees Printful brings up for sleeves and a back print. If Printful had not removed but reduce these fees and general prices for their products it would really help my business a lot. I also want to address the clothing customization. When I crop the size of images the image completely disappears. The image snapping and lack of options to customize the image kinda gets really annoying when you are designing on a phone, I wish Printful could be more advance and more options to customize would be better. But glad Printful can print good, have multiple options, and deliver at a decent time (usually a day late) I look forward to Printful improving in the future.

2. 3/5Not finding it to be user-friendly

   I was able to connect my Etsy store and actually get a couple of products linked to it. It’s a new day and I cannot find how to add more product to my Etsy store. It seems like part of the menu disappeared because I check every section of this app looking for how I can add a product to my Etsy store. It is not user-friendly, unless you want to order something for yourself then it’s simple. Linking to your Etsy store must be an option in front of you. Period. Also, I noticed a couple of times I would align my artwork on a T-shirt as example, and it would not print where it was supposed to be, and was off to the left. Also, I noticed. quality is not that great considering the price we have to purchase at for. I bought one of my designs to see if it was last. But it’s already feeding literally after three washes. I actually wash the shirt inside out and dry it inside out.

3. 5/5Printful Review after 2 years.

   I’ve been using Printful for about 2 years going on 3 so basically since I started my clothing brand. I can honestly say I love them. Every design I’ve sent no matter how fine in detail the graphic was replicated from screen to clothing to perfection, idk know they did it but I could never go back.! I love that they cut all the middle man work away such as: Production, manufacturing, shipping, and warehousing so you can just focus on the hands on things such as: designing, pricing, marketing but you can basically kick your feet up when it comes to your orders and customers. I have a Shopify store using Printful and all my orders go straight to Printful system and they take care of the rest and I can go about my day working at ground zero. I really consider them a partner because that’s what they are I tell them what I need and they provide such as: I recently met an investor who wants to invest in me a pop up shop but since I normally do online orders I now need on hand product but I don’t have that type of money to order in bulk like I need so I’m currently trying to negotiate and so far it’s even. The only downside about Printful to me is there variety in clothing and design. I have a clothing brand/urban clothing brand so I sell products such as fleece shorts and fleece joggers. They don’t carry fleece joggers or fleece shorts and I really hope they become apart of Printful’s inventory I think they could go along way with those. I also feel when it comes down to designing the bottoms we don’t have the freedom to design them the way we want. We’re only limited to a certain area. Oh last but not least pricing. I love the pricing so far, it’s a business so I understand they have to charge a certain amount for the product provided but if you know how to finesse with money and math you can work around the fair product price and still profit. Overall I love Printful! It’s easy to use I started with one design randomly just to see if I can do it and haven’t turned back since because they’ve brought my business exactly where I envision it going. I would like to speak with someone in charge of design because I have some great ideas but other than that I love them.

4. 1/5Inconsistent Quality, Poor Support

   As a small business owner and musician selling custom merch, I expected Printful to deliver professional results. Unfortunately, nearly every item I’ve received has had a serious defect. Shirts were misaligned or printed too low, logos showed through fabric, and one sweatshirt looked like it was made in a garage. A coffee mug had uneven print quality, and a recent hat arrived with frayed stitching and missing branding stickers. One shirt even started pilling before its first wash. To make matters worse, they ignored my cancellation request and started production two days late—then claimed it was too late to cancel. They also mislead customers by saying items are “sourced” from China but actually ship from there, which kills delivery times (a disaster for TikTok Shop sellers). There’s no clear Prop 65 warning unless you dig, and their customer service is cold, templated, and unhelpful. This company doesn’t feel like it’s run by people who care—it feels like a factory system focused only on money. I’m actively moving away from Printful.

5. 2/5Not Transparent

   Unfortunately even though it's an easy app to use, they're not very transparent with their pricing. I had to dig through help forums to find out what my products actually cost to ship as they give you a $5 to $15 general range. How am I supposed to price my products when I have no idea how much they cost to ship? When I finally dig out the answer it turns out they ship every single product separately so you're going to wind up paying the most amount possible to get your products to your customers. It feels quite deceptive because when you are uploading pricing it shows your 'revenue' made from each product with no mention of how expensive the shipping is until a customer has already ordered so while I thought I was making around a 25 to 30% profit on my goods, it turned out to be about 6%. Unfortunately I have already put my entire visual catalog onto the store so I will probably keep using it but now I know I have to jack up my prices because they were not upfront about how much it ACTUALLY costs. If I find another option that works with my website I will definitely take it.
