If you like sharing photos and videos of your fur friends, this is the best app!! Imagine no distractions, just adorable animals of all shapes and sizes. The best feature is being able to create multiple profiles with a single account. I can access each pet profile instantly. I love it! 😻

3/5Platform needs more safeguards for sitters
Signed up as a sitter and didn’t receive any requests for months, then finally got one from a completely blank profile (no photo, no pet details, no location). The app still allowed them to send a booking request with just a price listed. The request was for dog walking over Memorial Day weekend, just once each morning, but there were zero details about the dog, the home, or even the general area. When I asked for basic info, they closed the request without responding. For safety and usability, sitters should be able to see at least general location, pet type, and some profile verification before accepting requests. Right now it feels like there aren’t enough safeguards in place.

2/5Somewhat disappointed
I have been on the app for roughly 3 weeks and there is very little activity from families looking for sitters. I live in a populated area and the only requests I have gotten are from accounts that have now been banned (most likely scams or bots the app has shut down). I am keeping an open mind and if it suddenly picks up I will come back and delete my review but it seems like the platform does not have many users compared to more popular ones like rover, it has made me rethink my decision a bit.

I’ve been on other competing apps where you pay the background check and then you get a dog or a cat within the next 2 week. This app is completely dead, really hard to get any interaction and I should be receiving clients since there isn’t many other sitters in my area too close to me. Wasted my money to get my background checked through this app. Pretty much paid the app $50 bucks for nothing. Do not recommend it’s been well over 3 months.

Fraudulent, rip-off app. It doesn't work, they just want you to pay the initial fee, so called "verification fee" that as soon as it is paid, they approve your profile 😒 so, there is not actual verification. Once you are approved, clients cannot book you. The "help team" just pretended to help with the technical issues I had, but my client and I tried to book near 10 times, but the app never worked. Finally, after writing this review, the developer banned my profile in the app.
